Ottima posizione a due passi dal mall,la camera che ci hanno dato aveva una vista mozzafiato sul burj Khalifa colazione ottima e abbondante.simpatico il robot che ti serve la colazione .ambiente un po' datato ma pulito abbiamo avuto una suite enorme addirittura due bagni.

C’était un endroit vraiment agréable, le service était vraiment bien, je ne peux que recommander cet résidence très bien situé. Le personnel d’étage étaient vraiment au petit soin, de nombreux commerce de proximité aussi ont été un gros plus durant le séjour.

Super zentrales City Hotel mit großen geräumigen Apartments. Zu Fuß zum Burj Khalifa circa 10 Minuten.
Das Frühstück sowie der Service waren gut und das Personal zuvorkommend und freundlich. Auch die Möglichkeiten, sich hier zu erholen und ein wenig Wellness zu machen bietet einen das Hotel an. Wir haben diese aber nicht in Anspruch genommen. Das Zimmer 3602 hat sogar einen wunderschönen Blick auf dem Burj Khalifa.

La situación del Hotel es excelente a 2 min del Center Mall en el que puedes entrar a refugiarte del sol mientras caminas a ver las fuentes y el Burj khalifa si logras orientarte en este centro comercial en el que puedes andar durante horas sin repetir zona de visita.
Los servicios son excelentes tanto el desayuno donde la amable Ceciliah te ayudará y aconsejará como la piscina, spa y gimnasio donde entretenerte te harán muy difícil dejar el hotel para aventurarte en el increíble calor de la ciudad.
Lo único a destacar que es mejorable es la hora de la piscina que a las 9 de la noche podría ser un gran acierto pero sin luces y cerrando a las 10 te deja un poco con las ganas.

Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlichen und zuvorkommend. Hotelzimmer war sehr sauber.

Das Frühstück ist auch vielfältig und für jeden Geschmack was dabei!

Lage des Hotels ist super. Man ist in 10 Minuten an der Dubai Mall und dem Burj Khalifa.

Es un hotel moderno, pero muy cálido, con unas vistas muy buenas y una ubicación excelente.

Auf Grund der Lage, führte unser Kurzausflug nach Dubai uns unter anderem ins DAMAC Hotel Maison Mall Street. Der erste Eindruck war auf Grund der engen Baustellenzufahrt ein Schock. Vom alten Flair ist nichts mehr zu sehen, da eine Holzwand gerade noch Platz zum einseitigen ein und aussteigen lässt. Den freundlichen Damen am Empfang haben wir es zu verdanken, das wir unsere Suite eher beziehen konnten. Anfänglich wollten uns die Männer nicht vor 15:00 Uhr die Suite beziehen, obwohl diese frei war. Im Gespräch mit anderen Urlaubern mussten wir erfahren, dass dieses Verhalten hier Alltag in Dubai ist. Was uns ebenfalls nicht gefallen hat, dass man das erste Frühstück bezahlen musste, obwohl es der Anreise Tag ist. Service und die Sorge um das Wohl der Gäste sieht anders aus. Die Suite entschädigte uns dann für die ersten Eindrücke. Leider wird überall gebaut und somit befand sich auch bei uns unmittelbar vor dem Balkon eine Baustelle. In der Suite findet man alles, um sich auch selbst zu versorgen. Das Frühstück war soweit ok und man fand auch etwas für unseren europäischen Gaumen. Man darf hierbei nicht vergessen, es ist eine andere Welt. Mit Kaffee kochen hat man es hier nicht so und somit erinnerte einen der Geschmack eher an löslichen Kaffee. Im ganzen müssen wir sagen, die Lage entschädigt für vieles und die 5 Sterne sind eindeutig zu viel. Der Hotel Pool liegt inzwischen voll im Schatten des Nachbargebäudes. Für unseren kurzen Aufenthalt hat die Suite gelangt. Vielleicht sind unsere Erwartungen an 5 Sterne zu hoch und den Vergleich mit anderen 5 Sterne Hotels sollte man hier lieber lassen.
Also wer schnell im Dubais Herzen sein will, der kann hier absteigen. Jedoch findet man für den Preis etwas entfernter mehr Luxus und Hotels die 5 Sterne wert sind.

Wie schon in anderen Bewertungen erwähnt: Die Lage des Hotels wird durch die umgebenden 3 Hochhausbaustellen erheblich beeinträchtigt. Die Hotelzufahrt ist gleichzeitig eine Baustellenzufahrt. Die Dubai Mall ist nur 100 m entfernt, aber der vom Hotel angebotene halbstündige Shuttle-Service brauchte für die Strecke gut eine halbe Stunde, weil grade Schichtwechsel war und Hunderte (sic!) Bauarbeiter zu ihren Bussen strömten, und ankommende Laster zu einem Verkehrschaos führten. Man schafft es zu Fuß zur Mall, aber die Wege sind alle unbefestigt, festes Schuhwerk erforderlich! Das Hotel innen aber sehr schön, im orientalischen Stil, gülden, prächtig, aber nicht zu überladen. Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten eine späte Abreise (23.00 Uhr) und obwohl wir morgens bereits ausgecheckt hatten, wurde uns spontan angeboten, dass wir uns im Spa vor der Abreise nochmal duschen und erfrischen könnten - nicht selbstverständlich! Das Hotel bietet neben Zimmern auch Appartemens mit Küche, also auch für Selbstversorger an. Sehr geräumige Suite, bei uns alles sauber (außer natürlich der Balkon und die Fenster wegen Baustaub). Im 31.Stock war kein wesentlicher Baustellenlärm, offenbar gute Isolierung. Zwischen den beiden in Bau befindlichen Hochäusern hindurch sah man den Burj Khalifa in der Sonne glänzen. Frühstücksbüffett sehr reichhaltig zum Preis von 75 AED (ca. 18 €) also normaler Preis für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie.
