Check if the pool will be open!
The good bits:
The location of the apartments is great: shops, restaurants, bars, theatres on your doorstep, taxis available outside and a metro station opposite. We stayed in a 2 bed, 2 bathroom apartment on the 9th floor which was clean, light and airy, with super views over the city.
The gym was quiet and had everything we needed.

The not so good bits:
Despite it being 25th May and 30+ degrees, the pool was closed as it only opens in the “summer season”. The reception team were friendly, but didn’t seem to know exactly when the summer season started, suggesting perhaps mid June.
The roof terrace bar was only open in the evening, Tuesday-Saturday. As we arrived after 10pm Saturday evening and left on Tuesday, we did not get a chance to experience it. What we did experience however, were the dirty glasses and overflowing ashtrays which were still there when we went to use the solarium on Sunday afternoon.
The flush on one of the toilets in the apartment stopped working. This was reported on Monday early evening, but had not been looked at by the time we checked out at midday on Tuesday.
The bedroom and bathroom doors did not appear to be hung properly meaning they stuck and required a big push to open/close them. A small detail perhaps, but meant that every time one was used, it slammed, which was annoying at night.

We enjoyed our stay and the apartments have the potential to be fabulous, but the fact that the pool was not open was a big disappointment.

Great location
Would have given this 5 stars apart from no room service. I had expected to pay extra for a cleaning service but was informed at check in this was not available.
Didnt like that we stayed for 4 nights and had no cleaning in the apartment. There was no broom or cleaning items in the place for me to give the bathroom or kitchen area a once over.
Apart from the cleaning issue we loved this big spacious apartment. Location is perfect for sightseeing. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. You can easily walk to the park, palace , plaza Mayor within 20/ 15 mins.
We had a room with a large terrace that was lovely to sit and have breakfast in the sun.
Staff at reception were friendly.

Best location and best comfort for short or long stays in Madrid
Excellent location with excellent amenities. Large rooms, fully equipped kitchen. Very clean. Helpful and friendly staff.

We could not enjoy the pool or the terasse but this hotel/apart-hotel is excellent for short or long stays right at the heart of the city

Excellent emplacement et rapport qualité/prix
Très bonne expérience pr ce voyage en famille . Appartement idealement situé. En hyper centre bien insonorise Appartement refait à neuf et la terrasse est un gros plus de l appartement. L équipement est à renforcer, ( 3 tasses pr 4 personnes , pas de bol au petit déjeuner) ce n est qu un détail.

Llévate un plumero y limpia antes de entrar
El sitio está muy sucio, he visto hostales por 10 euros más limpios, los cajones de los armarios se ve que no los revisan hasta basura y cosas pegadas había, las puertas del armario pegadas con silicona por qué están rotas, los muebles rotos y desconchados, pocos utensilios para cocina y 4 personas, el sofá se lleva el premio del guarro del año cosas pegadas y manchas que dan asco vete tú a saber de qué son, el sofá es cama y no se puede sentar en el por qué se desmontan los cojines, la televisión no funcionó durante toda nuestra estancia, llamamos para solucionarlo y no vino nadie, imagínate vacaciones con niños y sin televisión, el primer día estuvimos sin agua hasta las 8 de la tarde y nos dijeron que no se podía usar el agua para beber ni para ducharse por qué habían hecho un tratamiento al agua, te cargan 300 euros por si rompes algo ( a ver si arreglan algo o dicen que lo has roto tu) y se ve que te lo devuelven luego a ver si es cierto en fin lo único bueno la ubicación en eso un 10, el personal bien pero te hacen mucho hincapié en las normas como si uno fuese un vándalo.

Perfect family break
Cannot fault this apartment, the staff were lovely and very helpful. The location was perfect and the apartment was spacious, clean and perfect for our family weekend away. Thankyou to the reception staff who recommended places to go and helped us navigate around Madrid.

Spacious apartments but not so great for longer than a weekend
Handy location in the theatre and shopping area and close to other main attractions. Our apartment was spacious and looked fantastic to start with but to the closer inspection several things were wrong with the room. Also, for a 5 night stay I’m not sure I would have booked a place that includes no room servicing at all. I’ve never stayed somewhere that asks you to bring rubbish from your room yourself and no brooms or cleaning equipment was provided so we could tidy the place up ourselves. When we checked in, I asked it would be noisy in an apartment facing the street and they said not at all but we were all woken up several times a night by loud sirens.

Sencillamente genial
Si quieres un lugar en lo mejor y más céntrico de Madrid , este es tu sitio , unos apartamentos preciosos, cómodos, con todo lo que necesitas, buenas camas, cocina completa y todo súper limpio, buen baño con amplia ducha, vistas a la gran vía, en algunos apartamentos. Una terraza espectacular, con piscina de verano y un bar abierto todos los días. Unas vistas de Madrid espectaculares.

Confortevole
Posizione ottima in pieno centro
spazioso e molto luminoso (3 camere da letto e 3 bagni)
Pulito e arredato con gusto; pur essendo in zona centrale è ben insonorizzato, ottimi materassi comodi dove si dorme veramente bene
Bellissima la parete di vetro che dà sulla Gran Via
Panorama mozziafiato dal rooftop dove c’è un baretto con una piscina (fuori uso per il periodo)

Potrebbe essere perfetto se….
Posizione strategica, appartamenti rifinitissimi e ben arredati, personale cortese ed efficiente. Unico neo la pulizia sommaria ad inizio soggiorno e la scarsa cura degli impianti tecnici (prese non funzionanti o, peggio in corto!).

Leider nicht mehr so toll
Wir sind nun schon zum 3. Mal hier. Aber leider wird das Angebot immer schlechter. Pool ist geschlossen (bei 30 Grad). Keine Liegemöglichkeiten auf der Terrasse es hat zwar Liegestühle, aber keine Kissen darauf, ziemlich hart. Die Bar hat die meiste Zeit geschlossen, die Auswahl der Getränke die angeboten werden ist sehr klein. Wein gibts nicht. Das Apartment war nicht wirklich sauber bei der Ankunft

Bien placé au centre de Madrid
Évaluation donnée comme « Très bon » du fait que Bon n’est pas proposé. Cet appartement est au centre de Madrid, station de métro Callao, avec de nombreux commerces à proximité. Il est spacieux pour 6 personnes, c’est parfait. Literie correcte, appt calme (ns étions au 5eme, fenêtres fermées, aucune nuisance). Certainement un manque de vaisselles et couverts pour ceux qui voudraient y cuisiner. Dommage que l’entretien soit négligé (le prix de location n’est pas neutre au regard de l’emplacement), car il ne faut pas regarder de trop près la propreté (rideaux plutôt grisés, … , table de salle à manger vétuste, présentant des cloques de vernis, robinetterie moyenne, …). Sinon nous avons passé un bon séjour. La terrasse assure une superbe vue, la piscine n’est pas celle des photos qui lui donne une dimension, qui dans la réalité est considérablement plus petite avec 1,20m de profondeur -photos très flatteuses !!-
Merci pour avoir souligné la beauté et le confort de nos chambres fraichement rénovées car elles ont été dessinées de façon à garantir un excellent confort avec un mobilier design et la plus récente technologie, sachant que la beauté d'une chambre d'hotel contribue grandement à l'expérience générale de notre clientèle, nous sommes donc ravis de lire que vous étiez satisfait de la votre.

Todo de diez, fuimos por ver el musical del Rey León y la ubicación no podíaser mejor, a un minuto del teatro, personal con una simpatía y profesionalidad excepcional, apartamentos amplios y muy bien decorados y funcionales, en fin, inmejorable
Estamos encantados de ver que realmente disfrutó de la belleza de nuestras instalaciones y piscina. Es nuestra intención ofrecer un alojamiento agradable y limpio para que nuestros huéspedes todavía puedan disfrutar de sus recuerdos vacacionales una vez que están de vuelta a casa.

Centralissimo
Il suo punto di forza è la posizione ovvero sulla Gran Via 48
Pochi metri prima di arrivare c’è la possibilità di parcheggiare auto, per 4 giorni abbiamo speso 104 euro, prezzo che ritengo corretto perché risolve un problema ovvero dove mettere la macchina visto che li intorno posteggi non ce ne sono.
Abbiamo preso un appartamento con due stanze, due bagni con ampio soggiorno e cucina
Molto ampio e comodo, un po’ di usura in alcuni dettagli. Non metto i 5 pallini perché i cuscini erano piuttosto scomodi e la insonorizzazione piuttosto scadente, la Gan via è trafficata e di notte in rumore è fastidioso
Bella piscina e bella vista all’ultimo piano
Cortese il personale, non accettano American Express

Buena opción (con detalles a mejorar)
La experiencia en general fue buena. El departamento es súper amplio, buen equipado y confortable, además se nota que está hecho con materiales nobles. Es una pena que algunos detalles no estén cuidados, ya que si fuera así sería una estadía para recomendar al 100%. Por ejemplo: al ingresar al edificio, que comparte puerta con el estacionamiento de la Ciudad, la alfombra está muy arruinada. Un detalle simple de cambiar y que hace a la primera impresión. De los 7 vasos que había en el departamento eran de 4 variedades diferentes. Lo mismo con los cubiertos y platos. La limpieza no era impecable. No había frazadas, ni edredones ni mantas, y tuve que pedirlas. Me las trajeron al día siguiente casi de favor, luego de haberme mostrado enojada. Adujeron que el servicio de ropa de cama tercerizado no las proveía en verano.
El personal del check in fue bastante poco agradable. Luego, otros recepcionistas se mostraron más amigables.
La terraza tiene una vista hermosa a la ciudad y una pileta pequeña que vale mucho la pena en verano.

Super expérience
La situation du Gran view est exceptionnelle. Il est situé au milieu de la plus grande avenue de Madrid, la gran via. De plus l'immeuble de construction récente se trouve au-dessus d'un parking dans lequel vous pourrez stationner votre véhicule pour 25€ et accéder directement, à l'aide d'un ascenseur, dans l'hôtel. Nous avons séjourné au 10ème étage, vue imprenable sur les toits de Madrid. L'appartement est spacieux et à la décoration contemporaine. Beaucoup de rangements et éclairage donnant une ambiance cosy. Le must, un roof top avec piscine au 13ème, petite mais expérience très agréable. A moins de 20 mn des plus grands centres d'intérêt.

Un super séjour madrilène avec un bébé
Très bon séjour. Localisation centrale avec toutes les commodités à proximité (métro, rues piétonnes, commerces). Accueil très sympathique et chaleureux. Un lit bébé nous a été mis à disposition sur demande. Angel Bellboy a été particulièrement sympathique et souriant avec nous, interagissant tous les jours avec notre bébé et étant toujours très disponible. Merci à lui !

Insatisfait
Très grand appartement bien localisé, mais bruyant. Par contre un grand manque de vaisselle pour toute la famille, alors qu’il y a trois chambres dans cet appartement ! On ne peut même pas faire une base de cuisine. Manque de fournitures également pour le quotidien entre parenthèses torchon, une tablette de lave-vaisselle pour quatre nuits, et enfin des fuites dans les toilettes qui entraînent des odeurs très désagréables

Top Apartment in einer super Lage! Einkaufsstraße und Bars sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen!
Das Pool war leider nicht wirklich schwimmtauglich (zu wenig Chlor) und die Rooftop Bar nicht im Betrieb.
Die Rezeptionsmitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einziger Minuspunkt war: wir hatten für 6 Personen gebucht und die Ausziehcouch sowie Handtücher waren nicht bereitgelegt, nach einem Anruf wurde allerdings alles erledigt

Veramente gran view!!!!
Struttura eccellente, piscina con panorama spettacolare, camere con ottimi elettrodomestici. Avevamo anche il piano cottura ad induzione, comodissimo e velocissimo. Personale disponibile e veloce. Ci hanno portato altri cuscini in 10 minuti. Super centrale . Torneremo.
