très chouette camping, parc aquatique super, équipe animation au top.
super épicerie avec une sangria du tonnerre ;-)
petit snack/glace génial
en général tout le personnel est très sympathique et souriant, même le service de sécurité.
petit bémol : les locataires précédents n'étaient pas aussi maniaques que moi, inspection nettoyage fait à la "va-vite" aussi je pense : j'ai retrouvé une cartouche de vape sous le lit dans la petite chambre, couvert non essuyé et vaisselle pas bien lavée, traces de sale un peu partout (fauteuil, cornière meuble ....)

We booked our holiday with euro amp as previously we stayed at a different resort but with eurocamp and had the best time and accommodation
However this time around we stayed at solidly de la Mediterranee which promised clean accommodation and excellent entertainment for the whole family so if anything like le hippocampe we booked
Firstly we had to wait 25 mins for the rep to turn up at the eurocamp sign in office
He then handed us a brown envelope with wrist bands key and map that’s it
He circled our accommodation and plot which was f60 I asked if this was disabled friendly as promised it was not
We find the property and no room to park the car so we go back to office and ask where can park told squeeze car in like others do 🤬 we entered the aztec vista chalet it was not clean hair in the shower cobwebs and stinking mattresses
Back to office to be told nothing can be done just fill out complaint form when we get home
So after I cleaned the chalet we went out to shop etc
Back home in evening thought we do the chill out on the bed and watch a movie on the iPad hahaha no chance the bed squeaked so bad we had to pull mattress to the floor
Then the toilet omg it went into a continuous state of flush refill flush absolute joke the man in the office just didn’t give a care
I have submitted the complaint with just 5 pictures of the dirty chalet and hasn’t had a reply
The entertainment was aimed for the over 60’s eg Billy Halliday tribute night
The pool was amazing and it’s only saving Grace as our disabled child loved the water
But even then it’s a war on sunloungers you have to get to the pool early to get a lounger and then the water slides are turned on and off throughout the day however the pool was spotlessly clean unlike the chalet
We spent 2 weeks here and are very upset about the attitude of staff and the state of the accommodation

We stayed in the top euro camp 3 bed caravan -
First eurocamp holiday for us.

After looking at website booking we expected to have garden space and more privacy around our plot and was surprised how close the other units were. We did have a noisy group of neighbours drinking til 2am most nights but fortunately we were able to ignore the disturbance

As it was September it wasnt too busy and we enjoyed the pool and slides. We loved the children’s pool.

Animation team were good and friendly to our 4 year old.
We didn’t find language a barrier like some mentioned (and we should remember we are in France after all)

Lovely local beach and well situated to explore colliere and the African safari park.

Mobilhomes stehen teilweise sehr eng aneinander, mobilhome selbst war sehr groß und gut. Badeparadies mit rutschen war für unsere Kids mit 8 und 5 Jahren perfekt. Poolbereich Ende august sehr voll, das hat dann Anfang September nachgelassen…poolregeln keine Schuhe und kein Essen

Pros:
Kids enjoyed the slides. Location is ok especially with the train bus. Staff friendly enough

Cons:
We (2 adults 3 kids) stayed in the Azure Vista and personally it’s not big enough.
Entertainment looked good, if you spoke French, if not then it’s pointless.
Kids clubs not suitable for the English. 95% staff spoke little English which I find weird for a Eurocamp. Food looked nice but we struggled to be able to get an English menu especially at the snack bar.
The harbour and beach were really nice but again a struggle is English.

We did have a really good holiday and enjoyed the week we were here. However, and this is just my preference, the fact that they all spoke very little English was a big turn off for us. For this reason we wouldn’t recommend for the English.

Kids loved the water park, shows and the shows! Also the transport to the seafront was great service because you don’t have to bother parking your car by the beach as there are hardly any parking spots available.

Tolle suabere Mobilheime mit sehr guter Ausstattung.
Leider ist der Poolbereich für die Größe des Campingplatzes zu klein.
Der Platz ist insgesamt sehr sauber!
Die Animation ist ok, leider manchmal etwas chaotisch.

Top Pool, sogar Anfang Juni immer eine Liege plus Schirm bekommen. Keine Schilder mit 1000 Verboten. Personal war immer freundlich und hatte ein gutes Feingefühl. Für Bahnenschwimmen ist es nicht so geeignet, dafür aber das nahgelegene Meer.
Die WLAN Karten waren unzuverlässig, wir haben hotspots gemacht.
Platz ist kleiner als auf den Bildern vermuten lässt. Für unsere Kinder gab es folgende Highlights: Kickplatz, Rutschen und Strömungskanal.
Essen, Lebensmittel sind auf dem Platz aufgrund seiner Grösse nicht so vielfältig, aber doch gut.
Grill war bei uns nicht verfügbar über den Anbieter, aber lokal im Lebensmittelgeschäft zu leihen.

Estuvimos varios días con amigos, íbamos con niños y contratamos a través de eurocamp por lo que al llegar nos remitieron a su recepción que sólo están hasta las 10 y de 3 a 6pm. En el camping en general hablan algo de español; recepción, restaurante, supermercado.
El bungalow se notaba trotado pero muy cómodo, limpio y grandes (3habs). La parcela era amplia, podías aparcar el coche dentro, teníamos tumbona, barbacoa de gas, tendedero, porche con mesa y sillas. El bungalow tenía a/c, calefacción, baño y ducha que funcionaba bien en cuanto a presión y temperatura, los fogones eran de los grandes y funcionaban bien. Nevera, congelador grande, Microondas, cafetera de filtro, no tenía horno. Nos dejaron una caja con estropajo, balleta, trapo, cerillas y bolsa de basura. La animación escasa, un día minidisco, por la noche música, otro día un concurso, alguna vez aquagym y poco más. Entendemos que por ser temporada baja (junio). Había miniclub podías firmar y dejar a los nenes allí durante X horas, tenían juguetes y hacían talleres, nosotros fuimos al pinta caras y bien aunque la chica sólo hablaba inglés aunque muy correcto. Instalaciones; súpermercado básico y pequeño, el restaurante, heladería y snack bar con horarios muy concretos y caros (una coca cola 8€, vaso de cerveza 9€, etc). La piscina y el parque infantil increíbles, en buen estado y muy divertido. Tiene campo de voley playa, fútbol, petanca, mesas de ping pong.. sí están iluminadas ls calles por la noche aunque alguna zona más ocura. Hay un Lidl y McDonald's cerca, no tiene playa, hay que ir en coche. El trenecito creemos es para acercarte a la zona del pueblo. El camping tranquilo, cuidado y con lo suficiente para pasarlo bien unos días. Lo hemos pasado muy bien, la zona acuatica vale muchísimo la pena para ir con buen tiempo y seguro que volveremos.

Wir haben zum zweiten Mal mit Homair gebucht, auch dieses Mal waren/sind wir zufrieden. Bei der Buchung sollte man darauf achten ob man auf einen 5-Sterne-Platz Wert legt oder auf ein 5-Sterne-Haus (premium etc.) Die Sternebewertung des Platzes bezieht sich auf die Ausstattung wie Rutschen, Becken, Restaurants etc., hat aber nicht unbedingt was mit den Häusern zu tun. Als wir letztes Jahr auf Korsika waren, hatten wir einen 4-Sterne-Platz, was absolut ausreichend war. Es gab auch hier genug Rutschen, Becken, Spielplätze etc. Das Haus auf Korsika war deutlich schöner uns besser ausgestattet als Camping Marvilla Parks - Le Soleil de la Mediterannée St. Cypien (gleiche Kategorie). Auf Korsika gab es Holzmöbel und Korbstühle auf der Terrasse, hier gibt es nur Plastikstühle und einen extrem wackeligen Plastiktisch. Auch die Ausstattung der Küche war eher sporadisch. Uns gefällt es gut, ich liste die (meiner Meinung nach) Pros und Contras auf:

Pro:
* tolle Badelandschaft mit vielen Rutschen, Strudel, Fontänen
* Mini - Club (bis 12 Jahre)
* Ausflugsangebote
* Camping - Restaurant mit vielen Gerichten

Kontras:
* Ausstattung der Häuser eher sporadisch (Keine Spülmaschine, kein vollständiges Küchenbesteck)
* Rohr unter dem Waschbecken im Bad undicht, immer Wasser auf dem Boden, auch auf mehrmalige Nachfrage kam kein Service
* Vorhänge im Haus stinken
* in der Küche kein Rollo (wurde offenbar abgerissen und nie wieder erneuert)

Trotz einiger Kritikpunkte würden wir wieder herkommen.

Wir waren zu 6 in einem Mobilehome, leider war es viel zu eng und klein. Duschen nach einander nicht möglich! Unsere Haus war leider nicht ganz sauber und auch sehr viele Dinge defekt! Die Deutsche Sprache beherrscht leider niemand! Ansonsten ein tolles Schwimmbad für Kinder, das Wasser sehr warm, das Badepersonal sehr freundlich. Bisschen weit ans Meer, der Bus war auch nicht zuverlässig. In großen und ganzen 3sterne+

Para venderse como 5 estrellas, no se corresponde. El camping esta bien, sobretodo la zona de piscinas, que estan climatizadas las exteriores, y en abril se agradece. Pero los servicios son muy justos. Supermercado muy muy justo, tienda muy basica..bungalows justitos. Necesitan actualizacion. Hemos estado en La Sirene (maravilloso) y no tiene nada que ver, siendo de la misma categoría. No repetiría. Hay opciones en la zona mucho mejores.
