Organisation très compliquer à l’arrivée
Après message de leur par pour l’heure d’arrivé et de notre appelle pour donner l’horaire du à roulage de de nuit avec un bébé
1h30 d’attente après 16h pour réception dès clef (arriver 11h et accueil au courant )
Lit pliable qui se déplie plus obligatoin de faire dormir les enfants chez le voisin ( aucune réparation faite )
Grille pain défectueux
Couteau à pain casser
Piscine non chauffer 19 degrés max
Manque de porte manteau
Tarif internet et site différent

Organisation déplorable et piètres prestations
Vivement déconseillé. Nous sommes arrivés autour de 16h30 pour récupérer les clés de l’appartement, voyant une longue file d’attente (jusqu’à l’extérieur du bâtiment), nous sommes allés boire un café au chaud en attendant une accalmie. Lorsque nous sommes revenus, la file d’attente était toujours longue (environ 10 groupes devant nous), nous avons finalement attendu plus d’1h15 pour récupérer les clés du logement, et recevoir les quelques consignes liées à notre séjour de 2 nuits (d’autres auraient attendu environ 1h30-45). Pas un mot d’excuse concernant le délai et la mauvaise organisation de la part d’un membre du personnel.
Concernant l’appartement en lui-même :
- Il n’y a ni éponge, ni liquide vaisselle, ni torchon (alors que l’appartement doit être rendu propre et « en l’état », mais il ne nous en donne pas les moyens).
- Les draps sont fournis mais il faut soi-même faire son lit en arrivant, le défaire en partant et déposer le linge dans des chariots en bas.
- 1 seul rouleau de papier toilette pour 5 personnes pour deux nuits.
- les communs sont sales, et l’appartement a été nettoyé très sommairement (poussière sur les meubles et radiateurs)
Concernant l’agencement, la salle de bain et les toilettes sont situés dans l’une des chambres (dédiée aux enfants car lits superposés), donc difficilement accessibles, notamment la nuit.
Pour conclure, nous ne réserverons plus dans cet établissement, et notre expérience sera partagée autour de nous.

Très décevant rapport qualité/attentes/prix
Vraiment très déçus de cette location. Ce n'est pas un appartement pour 6 pers. Nous avons pris un T2/6 pers : pas assez de rangement, pas de table de chevet alors qu'il y a la place, canapé de 3 adultes, pas de fauteuil, et sdb et WC dans une chambre ! Et WiFi payant qui ne fonctionne pas
(Personnel disponible mais incapable de trouver un autre appartement décent et piscine sympa)
C'est une première et dernière expérience Nemea.

We do NOT recommande this residence !
This is unfortunately our worst experience in a holiday residence, the behavior of the manager on site and the Néméa manager on the phone did not live up to the 4-star standard displayed.
It started with a simple attribution error and grew into a mountain.
The apartment on site is in a very average state of cleanliness, cleaning and very dusty parking are very expensive.
The complaint was made immediately, however the manager is not surprised, and without apologizing asks us to make the complaint to Veepee. Clearly in the explanations they come to the point where we are made to understand that our request is a whim, I was even told that I was lucky to be on vacation, it is the pinnacle of hospitality because we discover the logistics and HR problems of Néméa. Finally the manager explains to us that as they are nice and they have an apartment left (the last one!) they will assign it to us.
Great, thank you, we were made to wait, we were shown, we were made to lug our suitcases around, we were scared, we were made to feel guilty, and in the end, we weren't made any excuses because we were told it was Veepee's fault and that we only had to book directly with them to be serene. They insist (very heavily) that we make a complaint so that we find “the culprit” and that the process improves as well. It's a disaster, with that we start the holidays in the logistical worries of Néméa, even if the manager tells us over and over again that it's not their fault.
The pill stays in your throat, you can make mistakes (a simple apology could have done the trick, let's say that's the basis) but there, given the lack of responsibility, you shouldn't exaggerate.
Leaving that aside, we finally enter the last apartment of the residence, the cleaning is very average, there are shiny grease marks on the walls and the televisions. The small refrigerator has one less shelf, the edge of the balcony is dirty, and the table services are damaged. I could go on but after the welcome we had, we weren't really close to that anymore. The services on site are very expensive, indeed the cleaning is 100 sur (not justified given what we had) and the parking at 35 eur per week (full of dust besides we had to wash the car.
At the end of the stay I go to the reception and I explain, we are served the same soup again, very unpleasant, it is the last day of vacation, there is enough time wasted but it is too much so I am looking for who to call. I call Veepee, they arrive, they explain to us that they are only advertising. I call the Néméa manager who disavows his manager, and utters a few stammering apologies but it's very late, I've wasted a lot of time and energy.
I explain that the service is not up to par, and the manager becomes unpleasant, even the manager is unable to manage the file properly; she asks us what we are waiting for, and
what does it take to have standing.
Mistakes are normal but you have to be able to catch up with the situation but it only gets worse.
Finally she talks to us about reimbursing the parking lot, we really have the impression that we are forcing her. The sales department is not there and in the end we remain on a very (too) bitter note.

juste correct
Les appart sont corrects, malgré quelques petits défauts (placard qui ne peut ouvrir car la porte est bloquée par le lit, chauffage défaillant...). L'espace piscine, sauna est plutôt sympa, et nous avons pu nous y détendre malgré l'affluence. Une erreur de réservation de forfait (décalé d'une semaine) nous a fait raté les cours de ski de la première journée. Panique le jour de l'arrivée, pas de draps, de serviettes, le personnel d'entretien s'active (certains sans masque). La navette gratuite s'arrête devant la résidence. A l'accueil les personnes sont à l'écoute et essaient de faire au mieux. Coté rue, on est réveillé par les engins de déneigement à 5h du matin, par contre à l'intérieur les appart sont bien isolés entre eux. Bon fonctionnement de la wifi.
