Cosy 3-star holiday flat on a quiet south-facing slope, right on the edge of the forest with free WLAN connection. Hiking trails on the doorstep. The holiday flat has its own entrance. It also has a corner bay window with seating area. The flat is also furnished in country house style. There is also a covered outdoor seating area (terrace) with garden furniture and cushions. Despite the location on the edge of the forest, you can reach the village centre in approx. 5 minutes on foot.
Hiking trails start on the doorstep.

Holiday flat for up to 4 people The flat is fully equipped and furnished. It has a living-dining room with sofa bed (for the 3rd and 4th person), a small but fine kitchen, a shower room and a bedroom with double bed (2 x 2 m). The flat also has a separate entrance with a covered terrace with wooden garden furniture and cushions. The flat is non-smoking. Dogs are allowed for an additional fee. There is also a garden and a sunbathing lawn.

Our house is located in the Ferienwelt Winterberg, in the district of Züschen. Züschen is approx. 6 km from Winterberg, the highest town in North Rhine-Westphalia, and has around 1,800 inhabitants. In addition to a large number of hiking and cycling trails, Züschen also has a Nordic blading trail and its own ski and cross-country skiing area. Züschen also has its own local history museum, the Borgs barn. Ferienwelt Winterberg and its district of Züschen offer a wide range of leisure and recreational activities, such as the Bike Arena Sauerland, mountain bike park, Nordic walking arena, Nordic blading, hiking, alpine skiing, cross-country skiing and much more.

The most modern ski area in Germany, the Winterberg ski lift carousel, is approx. 6 km away. The expansion of the ski areas in the Winterberg holiday world in recent years promises skiing fun and sport of superlatives. For example, the ski lift carousel now has 13 chairlifts, 7 drag lifts, 5 conveyor belts and 7 toboggan lifts. The nearest entrance to the Winterberg ski lift carousel is just 4 kilometres from our hotel. A further 7 lifts and 1 toboggan lift at Snow-World-Züschen are 3 km away.

The flat has its own entrance, a covered terrace with wooden garden furniture and a corner bay window in the dining area of the flat, which offers a wonderful view of the Sauerland mountains.
