Our Favourite Restaurant and Staff in Nendaz
I hardly write reviews, but I really need to give credits when credits are due.
The experience started the day before when I called to book a table. I had a super friendly person on the phone.
As soon as we arrived, we've received a heart-warming welcome from hosts with smiles.
The food was absolutely excellent. Even my 4-year-old daughter who usually doesn't eat much for dinner, literally swallowed her food.
The fondues are AMAZING. We tried the Bourguinone (as we had a Swiss fondue the night before) and I don't think I ever tasted a fondue that good. The meat was prepared and marinated, and it was genuinely melting in your mouth. And I'm French, and I know about fondue so mark my words.
I really really want to give credits to the amazing people we met there, especially Jolan, a superstar with a great sense of humour, Louisa and the other girl (from Corèze or Narbonne, so sorry I can't remember her name) and of course THE LEGEND Alain, the Chef, the tastermaker, the master. Before we left, I asked the staff to bring Alain to the main bar so I could say Thank you to him.
Needless to say that we will come back again and again. We even went there the day after for a drink. The kids (3 of them were with us) loved the place too. If you're a couple, a company retreat or a family, you will always find a place in this wonderful restaurant.
The food is exceptionnal, the location is perfect (it's in the very center of the station, walking distance to anything), the restaurant is super cute, large and clean, and the staff, is the best in the whole Nendaz.

Excellents plats à prix contenus et cadre convivial ainsi que personnel compétent
L'endroit est très convivial, le personnel est chaleureux, les plats sont très bons et copieux.
De plus la salle permet d'avoir des discussions sans élever la voix.

Cadre magnifique et une cuisine délicieuse!
Nous avons passé une excellente soirée dans cet établissement très bien situé au cœur de haute nendaz.
nous avons commencé par un accueil chaleureux dans le salon détente autour d un apéro pour ensuite passer à table.
Le menu proposé nous offre une variété de plats d ici et
D ailleurs , une cuisine délicieuse avec des produits de grande qualité!
Je recommande vivement cet établissement!

Nouveau gérant, nouvelle qualité
Cadre très sympa. On nous a proposé de se poser un moment au lounge avant de prendre place à table. C'est sympa de pouvoir faire ça et c'est différent des autres restaurants.
Grand coup de coeur pour les pâtes fraiches et le burger qui est le meilleur de la station sans hésiter.

authenticité, originalité, saveurs, découvertes et des classiques revisites
Nouveau chef et nouvelle gérance au top!Saveurs et authenticité autant dans les classiques revisités que les découvertes.
Petit rappels belges qui plairont à tous autant dans les frites maison que vous trouverez rarement ailleurs, les tartares allant du classique au plus gourmets (entre autre) pour finir par la gaufre belge accompagnée d’une chantilly et vrai chocolat chaud maison.
Un des restaurants à côté desquels ne pas passer pendant votre séjour!!
On sort des sentiers battus de la région tout en retrouvant les ingrédients incontournables tels la viande locale, la willamine, l’abricotine, les salaisons,…
Merci à toute l équipe et particulièrement au chef!
Nous avons hâte de goûter d autres spécialités.
