I like this place very much and I will come again. But I think the projector in the pool is useless cause no one watches it and also it’s too hot for the fire but to be there and the smell sticks to my clothes. I hope you remove it. Nous avons résidé 28 jours au SKYVIEW . L’ hôtel est magnifique, les chambres sont spacieuses, tout est impeccable. La vue sur la montagne et la mer sont à couper le souffle . Le déjeuner à la carte est très bien et le service est excellent . C’ est la deuxième fois que nous résidons à cet hôtel et nous reviendrons, c’ est une valeur sûre à Patong.

Resort molto pulito e con una vista mozzafiato, con la moto a 5 min. dal centro e Patong beach. Consiglio le camere a bordo piscina (molto bella) dove ti godi maggiormente il relax della vacanza. Colazione e Ristorante discreti .Personale gentile

Wir verbringen gerade 5 Nächte im Skyview und von den 5 Sternen merkt man nicht viel. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett und bemüht. Die Rooftop Bar ist jetzt zur Peak Season geschlossen, das zum Abräumen vors Zimmer gestellte Geschirr vom room service steht am nächsten Morgen dort immer noch. An der Bar wurden Kokosnuss Cocktails angeboten, die aber erst in 2 Tagen wieder verfügbar sind, weil dann erst die neue Lieferung kommt. An vielen Stellen von aussen wirkt das Haus renovierungsbedürftig. Dieses sind nur einige Beispiele…. Schade, denn das Hotel könnte potenzial haben.

Incroyable ! Nous y avons séjourné en famille avec nos 2 enfants pendant 12 jours, et cet hôtel a été un coup de cœur. A 5 min de Patong en moto, au calme placé le haut d’une colline, l’ambiance chaleureuse de cet endroit nous a charmé. Le personnel est discret et serviable, l’hôtel est très propre. Les chambres sont spatieuses et modernes, la piscine est agréable et bien entretenue. Qualité prix 10/10 !!

Das Hotel ist sehr schön. Die Angestellten sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit, vor allem im Restaurant (Aye, Top, Fiew und Olive) . Das Zimmer wird jeden Tag gründlich gereinigt und gewischt. An der einen oder anderen Ecke zeichnet sich etwas Pflegebedarf ab, aber im Gesamten ist alles gepflegt und sauber. Das Personal am Empfang und im Restaurant ist sehr freundlich. Die Küche ist gut . Die Hotelpreise sind nur etwas über dem Preisniveau in Patong. Die Rollervermittlung im Hotel ist ebenfalls etwas teurer, dafür sind es neuere Modelle und augenscheinlich ist der technische Zustand auch sehr gut. Wichtig ist dabei, dass der Reisepass im Hotelsafe bleiben darf. Auch sonstige Ausflüge waren sehr gut, vielleicht bekommt man diese in der Stadt günstiger, aber dafür ist es seriös!
Die Lage ist etwas Abseits, für uns gut, aber wer es zentral mag , sollte auf jeden Fall auch mit einem anderen Preis/Leistungs- Verhältnis leben . Mit dem Roller sind es ca. 6 min bis ins Zentrum. Taxipreis liegt fast immer so um die 300BHT egal wo man in Patong hin will . Scooter ist auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert. Cocktails im Hotel ca. 6 Euro . Essen ca. 8€ für (p.P.). Zum Frühstück gibt es ein Buffet und dazu eine Auswahl an Omlett's etc. die frisch zubereitet und serviert werden.

Neues Hotel mit unglaublichen Ausblick, super sauber und gepflegt, genug Liegen und Platz am Pool, super Frühstück und kein Gedränge am Buffet (Kombination aus Buffet und ala Carte), allgemein wirkte es nie überfüllt oder überlaufen, große moderne Zimmer mit separaten Schlafzimmer, tolle Rooftop-Bar/Restaurant mit super Essen, absolut tolle Atmosphäre und ein perfekter, ruhiger Rückzugsort von Patong.
Absolut tolles und gut ausgebildetes Personal -das auch englisch spricht und mitdenkt (speziellen Dank and Top, Ked und die Bedienung der Rooftop-Bar, Ihre Herzlichkeit ist nicht zu übertreffen), beim gesamten Personal fühlt man sich als Gast wirklich willkommen.
7/11 in 200 m Entfernung (ein wenig steil am Ende zum Hotel aber der Ausblick und die Ruhe ist es mehr als wert)
Shuttle zum Beach etc.
Genug Parkplätze für Autos und Roller.

Wir waren in knapp drei Monaten in 10 Hotels auf und um Phuket in der Preisklasse 70-400 EUR / Nacht und können sagen das es mit Abstand das beste Hotel war, so dass wir vor Ort verlängerten und gleich 9 Nächte geblieben sind.
Absolut kein Punkt zu bemängeln!

Als meine Freunde und ich im Hotel ankamen, waren wir erst eher skeptisch gestimmt, ging es doch ziemlich den Berg rauf und die Entfernung nach Patong Down Town kam uns ziemlich weit vor. Aber erst mal die Zimmer bezogen und die Umgebung beschnuppert. So haben wir rausgefunden, dass es einen kostenlosen Hotel-Shuttle zum Beach und in die Stadt gibt, der stündlich fährt. Wenn's mal nicht passt, hat jemand von der Rezeption innerhalb von ein paar Minuten ein TukTuk herbeigerufen. Und die Preise dafür sind ja nun wirklich mehr als human.
Unsere Zimmer waren groß, hatten alle Annehmlichkeiten, ein großes Bett und war angenehm klimatisiert.
Am meisten begeistert hat uns aber das Service-Team. Top, Ked und Fiew haben einen tollen Job gemacht. Besser konnte man sich um uns kaum kümmern. Unser tägliches verlängertes Frühstück ging nahtlos zum Pool über, wo wir noch an der im Pool befindlichen Bar unseren Drink bekamen, bevor wir an den Strand oder die Stadt gefahren sind. Daher unseren besonderen Dank an Top, Ked und Fiew.

Ho prenotato per 4 notti, ma sono scappato dopo 2 ore dal check in perché trovare le lenzuola sporche di urina e sedie nere non è quello che mi aspettavo dalle recensioni prima di prenotare. La signora alla reception, arrogante, non ha neanche risposto al mio saluto finale.

As my team indicated to you we would have been more than happy to change your room and upgrade you free of charge to one of our premium room categories which you declined hence we agreed to grant a full refund on your stay as a token of our apology.
I would like to clarify however that further demands from you included the hotel to pay for transportation costs to alternative accommodation which was in no reasonable relationship to the issue at hand, especially despite my teams best effort to rectify the situation with offers of free upgrades and eventually a complete refund.
I do ask for your understanding that those transporation costs have not been taken over by the hotel.

Posto rilassante fuori dal caos di Patong beach. In questo hotel c’è una pace incredibile. Dispone di arredi moderni e atmosfera giovanile. È fornito di piscina con vista sulla baia di Patong. Hanno perfino organizzato una piccola sorpresa al mio fidanzato per il suo compleanno: una tortina con la candela a colazione e la scritta sul letto “happy birthday”. Grazie ai camerieri Top, Ked e Fiew sono stati carinissimi!
L’hotel offre anche un roof bar di nome “mojjo” con una bellissima vista. Consigliatissimo!
