Aleenta Resort And Spa, Phuket-Phangnga - SHA Plus

I’ve been to phuket many times, but most of the time i would stayed in renowned 5 stars resorts like anantara & pullman. So this time we decided to try a smaller resorts for a change, and i never regretted my decision !

Love everything about this resort. we went during low season and thought it was a bad idea due to rain, but it didnt rain until our departure ,& it felt like we almost had the entire resort to ourselves 😊 The rooms are amazing, (we stayed in grand deluex pool villa & 1 bedroom residence villa) the view from the top floor infinity pool is gorgeous especially during sunset. We took the halfboard package, and the restaurant did an amazing job with the halal meals, food was marvellous, breakfast dinner and lunch were all perfect. Our kids went to the kids club, despite they were the only kids there the staff entertained them so well until they were soo sad to go back. i would definitely come back here again n would love to try their 1 bedroom beachfront villa. when we were there, it was still under renovation. My kids n family Love everything about this resort💕 Thank you to all the crew and team in aleenta, you guys have been amazing !

Das Aleenta Resort hat uns zum zweiten Mal sehr gut gefallen. Die neu renovierte Pool Villa war sehr schön und wurde vom housekeeping sehr gut gepflegt. Das Essen ist sehr gut. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und bemüht die Gäste zu verwöhnen. Die Lage am langen sehr schönen Sandstrand ist toll. Es ist etwas abgelegen dafür sehr ruhig und relaxed. Der Manager erkundigt sich täglich ob alles zur Zufriedenheit läuft. Wir haben uns im Hotel wohl gefühlt und konnten den Aufenthalt geniessen. Gerne wieder …

Wir waren 04/2015 zu unseren Flitterwochen hier. Schon damals waren wir von diesem Hotel begeistert.
Nachv8 Jahren sind wor wieder hier mit unserem 7jährugen Sohn.
Sehr freundliches Personal. Die Villen sind wunderschön. Alles sehr sauber.
Vor allem das Restaurant am Strand ist sehr gut. Das dortige Personal: Mam, Benz, Noom und der Verantwortliche für den Strand Noam, sind einfach spitze. Danke für die wundervolle Zeit❤️🌷🌟

Hotel empfehlenswert, aber Lage nur für Liebende der Einsamkeit. Sehr schöner Bungalow mit großem Pool, Ausstattung niveaugemäß. Frühstücksbuffet sehr, sehr überschaubar, da das Meiste per Karte geordert werden muss. Qualitativ aber sehr gut. insgesam, das Edge-Restaurant serviert sehr gute Speisen. Manche Teile des Hotels bedürfen mittlerweile jedoch dringend einer Renovierung. Zum Beispiel sind viele Stahlträger im Bereich der Aussenterasse extrem vom Rost angenagt, kein sehr vertrauensvoller Amblick. Für uns das große Manko, das Hotel liegt absolut abgeschieden, im Umkreis nur 1-2 kleine Restaurants, Fahrt mit dem Taxi nach Phuket Oldtown ca. 60 Minuten, Preis hin und retour ca. 75 €. Nächste Ortschaft Khok Kloi (5km) bietet für Touristen nicht unbedingt viel. Wir brauchen keinen Trubel, aber mal ab und an bummeln gehen wäre doch ganz schön gewesen.
Für diejenigen, die gerne im Hotel verweilen, eine sehr gute Adresse, zumal das Personal sehr freundlich und um einen bemüht ist. Speziell der schöne Strand ist hervorhebenswert, in diesem Zusammenhang sei auch der Poolboy NEW erwähnt, der den Aufenthalt an Pool und Strand durch seine sehr freundliche und persönliche Betreuung zu einem echten Erlebnis werden ließ.
Abschließend noch eine Negativanmerkung: SPA-Bereich nicht on Top. Z.B. keine Möglichkeit von Mani- oder Pediküre und im Umkreis, wie erwähnt, NIX.

Super hôtel directement sur la magnifique plage de Natai. Tout le personnel est aux petits soins, la remise à niveau d’après COVID est terminée, jardins, restaurant, piscine, spa … tout est OK et très calme.
Bien sûr, une villa avec piscine donnant sur la plage est un plus, mais tout l’hôtel est bien organisé. Je recommande.

Superbe hôtel luxueux, excellente restauration, la chambre grand de luxe pool villa est idéal, piscine privée sans aucun vis à vis, hôtel très propre, personnel très chaleureux (mention particulière pour Ho en restauration), Daniel, le directeur très sympathique et accueillant. Nous devions quitter l’hôtel à 16 heures, nous avons pu rester dans la chambre jusqu’à notre départ. Le spa et massages de très grandes qualités.

Un conseil : prenez au moins la demi pension, car aucun petit resto à pied de l’hôtel. Il faut systématiquement prendre un taxi pour le village le plus proche. Il faut compter environ 18 euros l’aller retour.

When you mentioned there are no small restaurant walk from hotel it I can only kindly respond that we have 3 very nice local restaurants (with very down to earth food and prices) just next to our 2 hotels. 1 next to the Aleenta and 2 actually immediate opposite the Akyra. Those can sometimes be nice escapes for our long stay guests. Our entire hotel team especially the team on reception is always happy to provide local area information and advises to our guests.

I wish you all the very best and look very much forward in maybe seeing you again one day at our Resort.

on a passé une semaine dans une villa piscine privé.c'est juste pas sérieux !! trois nuits de suites où l'odeur des égouts nous réveille brutalement !!!
il faut savoir que pour les villas les toilettes sont équipés d'une porte en verre avec un espace de 60cm entre la porte et le plafond. impossible de d'isoler les WC de votre king size bed !! ,,c'était la même galère chez les voisins ! le problème est bien plus profond leur fosse septique est juste débordé. d'ailleurs ça pue même en dehors des villas.
on a aéré en ouvrant les portes, welcome les moustiques !! et la troisième nuits pour camoufler l'odeur ils ont bombardé la chambre d'huile essentiel extrêmement forte !! on a dormi dehors ,,sachant que ma femme était enceinte c'était super dangereux.
voilà pour la villa, choisissez plutôt une piscine qui ensoleillé l'après midi...
sinon l'hotel est super loin de Phuket !! il faut compter une heure minimum pour arriver à Phuket.
le service de navette est pauvre ( place limités donc réserver bien avant ) 2 fois par semaine il me semble.
on a commandé un taxi via Grab !!! la mafia de atxi local nous a fait descendre du taxi qu'on a commandé pour nous obliger de monter dans leur taxi !! bref pas le choix !
le buffet du matin n'est pas mal, il faut tout de même éviter leur "jus" hyper chimique ,, et il y a pas de beurre ordinaire j'avais du mal.
The Edge très bonne cuisine italienne, mais les prix à l'occidental menu dispo sur leur site auquel il faut ajouter "une taxe de service 10%" et une autre taxe ,,,, la joie.
la plage sauvage rattrape vraiment l'affaire, super beau. quelques chiens errants sur la plage aussi ( be careful )

This then resulted in a back pressure and made some smell enter the room. We deeply apologise for the smell and also sorry that you did not like our attempts to make the smell better.
We will certainly pass on that you did not like the smell of the oil.

Regarding your comment – remote location:
When guests do book a stay with us we entrust them to prior look up our hotel and location and have a better understanding where we are located. Our tranquil location is one of the many reasons why guests actually seek and wish to spend their relaxing holidays with us, away from it all. Relax and unwind at the most beautiful beaches of Thailand on Natai Beach with its amazing sunsets and azure blue waters. I do understand that for some guests this can be not the desired location but in all fairness, it is really up to the guests to choose his or her ideal location with the necessary research done in advance. It would be unfair if this is seemed to be blamed on the resort.
We do provide a full fleet of in-house transportation anywhere our valued guests wish to go. Even two times a week we have a complimentary shuttle bus to the centre of Phuket – either side one day to Patong and one day to central festival. I was deeply sad to hear that you have not enjoyed the location fully.

One vital part our guests love most on our location is the only less than 20 minutes ride from the airport to the resort. Imagine you are down south Phuket this would take you 1-1,5hour or even more depending on time of day and traffic. Therefore, we are always out of traffic in a great convenient location.

Thank you again for all the feedback shared. We certainly hope we can have you back one day and show you another sort of vacation with great food and nice moments shared at our Resort.

Commençons par le positif:
l'hôtel est calme, le personnel des restaurants est aux petits soins, et c'est toujours un bonheur de venir en Thaïlande. La plage est très belle, propre et quasi déserte. un pur bonheur.
nous avions loué une villa "grand deluxe pool villa". la villa est de bonne taille, la piscine agréable. Les aménités sont en nombre suffisant. Même si les villas sont proches les unes des autres, nous n'avons eu aucun bruit et vraiment l'impression d'être seuls. Pas de soucis nous plus d'intimité.
la literie est juste top! oreillers, matelas, draps, tout est juste parfait.
Pour ce qui est du négatif et fait, pour moi, chuter la note globale de l'hôtel:
l'hôtel est dans un coin très reculé. rien ou quasi rien autour. le bon côté c'est effectivement le calme, le mauvais côté est que du coup vous êtes un peu "prisonnier" de l'hôtel et de ses restaurants. la demi-pension est presque obligatoire si vous ne voulez pas avoir une note salée à votre départ. par contre cette demi-pension n'inclue pas les boissons et le choix des plats est somme toute assez restreint. la possibilité d'avoir au moins accès au plat du jour dans la formule serait un vrai plus.
le "village" de villas est situé de l'autre côté de la route en face de l'hôtel. Vous devez donc traverser cette route pour aller à la plage, aller au petit déjeuner, aller au restaurant, aller à la réception... cette route n'est pas très fréquentée mais ce n'est pas top pour un hôtel de cette gamme.
la villa en elle même est correcte mais le système de climatisation peu adapté. bruyant et le courant d'air tombe directement sur le lit.
la piscine devait posséder un système de jets d'eau, type jacuzzi, mais le notre n'a jamais fonctionné.
la terrasse autour de la piscine n'est pas très grande et il y a juste un coin transat en béton, ne pouvant bouger, avec un système de voile fixe au dessus pour l'ombre. autant dire que vous n'avez pas le choix: le bronzage se fait aux horaires où le soleil passe en dessous. de même pas d'abri en cas de pluie. et c'est d'autant plus gênant qu'après la pluie, les matelas sont gorgés d'eau et donc inutilisables le temps qu'ils sèchent.
la chambre est nettoyée tous les jours mais jamais à la même heure. midi, 14h, 17h... je crois que les femmes de chambres nous ont fait toutes les heures possibles! difficile donc de prévoir de s'éclipser pendant ce moment puisqu'on ne sait jamais quand il se produira...

nous avons déjà fait plusieurs hôtels de ce type en Thaïlande ou à Bali et c'est une des moins bonnes expériences que nous ayons eu. Par rapport au prix payé, il ne mérite pas à mon avis la note globale attribuée.

I am writing this response to your comment that not a lot dining options nearby.
We from Aleenta and our sister Hotel next door the Akyra have several dining and restaurant options and on top of that we feature all-inclusive or semi all-inclusive which all are packages which can be taken on a daily base in order to make it comfortable and convenient for our guests.
I would have recommended you such if I would have had the chance to hear your complaint while you stayed with us. But unfortunately, as I could not find records of any your complaint and I believe you did not share your feelings or experience while you were in house.

Thank you for the comments about the mattress which get wet when rain, Yes that can happen and we have passed on the comments to the Villa housekeeping team who should always stand them up during rain times so they dry quicker thereafter, but we can only enter to rooms when the doors are not locked or do not disturb signs possibly are used.

Room o meglio le pool ville fantastiche. La spa , cosa dire, dopo aver fatto dei massaggi si capisce il perchè di tanta fama. Lo staff molto preparato e discreto sempre pronto ad aiutarti. Abbiamo fatto un' escursione privata ed è stata meravigliosa. Un hotel situado en la provincia de Phang Nga , a escasos kilómetros del aeropuerto internacional de Phuket . Alejado de la locura de Phuket y situado en una de las mas bonitas playas de la zona , Natai . Inmensa playa , prácticamente desierta , pues solo hay varios hoteles de lujo , en mas de 10 kilómetros , El Akyra , el Baba y el Iniala .
Hotel Boutique , tranquilo , buenos servicios , amplias habitaciones , un buen beach club y una buena restauración , ofrecida por un chef colombiano , Valerio Pachetti .
Me gusta , es recomendable y pertenece a la cadena Small Luxurius Hotel in the World . Las cenas buffet increíbles y las vistas del ocaso desde la playa , tomandote una copa en una hamaca , un lujo . Si buscas descansar es el hotel .

El hotel está precioso, el gerente no sabe tratar a los clientes, es muy grosero.
No aseguran tu seguridad durante tu estancia y la comida muy mala, muy cara y muy pocas opciones.
No son capaces de llamar un taxi si quieres pasear fuera del hotel un día.

Es el hotel con peor servicio en el que he estado el personal es grosero y altanero no lo recomiendo no se puede pedir al staff ni un taxi la seguridad de la playa es espantosa a mi esposa y a mi nos atacaron los perros del vecino nos marcaron a correr una noche antes al mencionarles que mi vuelo salía un poco mas tarde que me permitieran salir un poco mas tarde aunque me lo cobrarán me dijeron que no era su problema en fin definitivamente un lugar al que no regreso

Este hotel fue todo un éxito en nuestro viaje a phuket, es un resort que se encuentra a 45 min del centro de phuket, perfecto si quieres alejarte del bullicio de la ciudad y descansar.
La atención y las instalaciones son inmejorables, el spa ha sido visitado por montón de celebridades.
Las habitaciones son enormes!!! Cuentan con jacuzzi y desayunador, otras frente al mar tiene alberca privada.
Él restaurant, maravilloso!! Cada noche tiene una especialidad distinta y pueden montarte la cena en la playa.
Totalmente recomendable!!!
