Das Zimmer ist geräumig und funktional eingerichtet, der Service ist gut, das Frühstück ist grossartig mit einer reichhaltigen Auswahl an europäischen und indischen Köstlichkeiten, nur das Türschloss beim Zimmer hatte eine Fehlfunktion

Muy atentos y amables, servicio muy rapido. Los desayunos son muy abundantes y ricos, música muy agradable, habitaciones espaciosas con camas muy cómodas y buena temperatura.

Las habitaciones son muy amplias y cómodas y el área de la piscina agradable, el problema es que está llena de palomas, lo que la ensucia.

Tuvimos una mala experiencia en la noche, mientras dormíamos nos abrieron la puerta de la habitación y casi nos morimos del susto. De acuerdo a lo que nos explicaron al día siguiente, un cliente de otra habitación extravió la tarjeta y pidió que le abrieran la puerta, pero se equivocó de habitación, y ellos ni siquiera chequearon si era realmente la habitación correcta, lo que demuestra un problema serio en los procedimientos y la seguridad.
Además el comedor es muy pequeño, no tiene capacidad para atender a todos los pasajeros en el desayuno. Nos tocó esperar mesa para desayunar y se notaban totalmente sobrepasados, poco personal, comida sin reposición, etc.

El personal de la puerta y del bar muy amables.Las habitaciones muy cómodas, pero hay fallas en el servicio en general.

Un hôtel de la chaîne Holiday Inn, donc avec les standards qui vont avec. Il est vrai que la qualité peut varier d'un établissement à l'autre. Et sur celui-ci rien à redire. Le quartier n'est pas très intéressant, assez excentré. L'accueil est agréable et très sécurisé (on ouvre le coffre, on regarde sous la voiture…). Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres tout comme la salle de bain. Service très aimable et souriant. Le restaurant est agréable et bon. Attention tout de même aux petites choses au restaurant comme la tenue des serveurs, ou l'huile par terre en cuisine où tout le personnel marche dedans et se répand en salle. Des petits bémols au niveau du service mais pallier par la gentillesse, la serviabilité et le sourire du personnel.

Notre voyage a commencé ici a amritsar. Les chambres tres agreables spacieuses grande sdeb. Les petits dejeuners sont tres varies ainsi que les repas. L hotel en lui-même est tres bien malgre son emplacement tres excentré. On peut louer un taxi par l intermédiaire de la réception pour vous amener au golden temple ou visiter un mall tout neuf a qq minutes le trilium belles boutiques. Tres bon hotel de passage dans cette ville.

Des Hotel ist sehr gut. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und die Zimmer sind sehr sauber.
Abends kann Mann ein sehr reichhaltiges und hochwertiges Buffet buchen. Kann ich nur empfehlen.
Einiges Manko: Die Stuhlritzen im Restaurant können mal gereinigt werden. Das war schon sehr unappetitlich.
Bei früher Abreise zum Flughafen gab es Lunchpakete.

La nostra esperienza è stata in generale positiva: le camere sono ampie e luminose. Ottima la colazione e il bar, così come la simpatica accoglienza in tardissima serata. Peccato per qualche piccola disattenzione da parte del personale, benché fossero tutti molto gentili. Nella camera mancava la carta igienica e un telo; alla reception c'è stato qualche disguido sul conto e la colazione take away è davvero triste: un tramezzino e un piccolo pain au chocolat; niente acqua, niente succo, niente frutta. Perché una tale differenza fra le due colazioni se il prezzo è lo stesso???

Tout est parfait, l'accueil est agreable, souriant, chaleureux, les chambres sont grandes, confortables, tres bonne literie, grandes salles de bain. Belle piscine, bon restaurant, service impeccable en salle, Buffet copieux et varié.

Zona tranquilla, un po' lontano dal tempio d'oro e, se programmate di andarci più volte, di ciò bisogna tener conto. Buon livello delle camere, discreto il cibo, pulizia scarsa, un classico in India anche a 5stelle ahimè. Gran pecca lo stato di polverosa incuria, quasi di abbandono, della zona relax accanto alla piscina, poche e obsolete sedute, nessuna attenzione a rendere piacevole l'ambiente. Imperdonabile per un 5stelle.
