Fabric Hotel - an Atlas Boutique Hotel

Das Fabric Hotel ist einfach genial! eine super Location für einen Kurzbesuch in Tel Aviv!
Das Personal ist ausnahmslos super freundlich und hilfsbereit - die Zimmer wirklich geräumig (die vorhandene Yoga Matte kann man ausrollen) - tolles, großes Bad - super sauber alles und top ausgestattet! Nespresso Maschine mit Kapseln, die jeden Tag aufgefüllt werden - Minibar mit Softdrinks - wird auch jeden Tag neu gefüllt - außerdem bekommt man noch zur Happy Hour Cocktail Gutscheine, was ich absolut nicht selbstverständlich finde - und eine große, gemütlich eingerichtete Dachterrasse ist auch noch vorhanden.
Wenn man Tel Aviv mit dem Rad erkunden will, kann man Fahrräder an der Rezeption ausleihen - riesiges Frühstücksbuffet, falls man dazu morgens Zeit hat :-)
Die Lage des Hotels ist auch top - alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut erreichbar - in der Straße sind sehr viele kleine Restaurants und Bars - wenn man mit offenem Fenster schläft und lärmempfindlich ist, dann sollte man sich allerdings Ohropax mitnehmen.
Ich komme bei meinem nächsten Tel Aviv Besuch auf jeden Fall wieder :-)

L'hotel è davvero molto carino, stile minimal e moderno, gli spazi comuni ben organizzati, le camere piccoline ma con tutto il necessario, bagno spazioso con doccia, frigobar gratuito, cioccolatini in camera all'arrivo. Tutto davvero curato e pulito, unico neo l'assenza totale di finestre (apribili) in bagno e in camera.
L'accoglienza è calorosa, i ragazzi della reception sono gentilissimi e offrono all'arrivo dolcetti e sangria..ti senti davvero ben voluto!
Il primo aperitivo al bar dell'hotel è offerto, c'è la possibilità di usufruire gratis delle bici dell'hotel.
Posizione comoda sia per andare in giro per locali e bar, sia per raggiungere il mare che old jaffa, la ritengo una posizione strategica!
E' anche vicino alla stazione dei treni (4 km circa) e ancora più a quella dei bus, ma che impiega 1 h dall'aeroporto (vs i 15 min del treno).
Lo consiglierò a chi ha intenzione di venire a fare un viaggetto qui!

Chambre solo petite mais propre, bien équipée et confortable.
J’ai dormi au calme.
L’hôtel est très bien situé et le verre de bienvenue est très sympa!

Le petit-déjeuner est copieux, varié et excellent!

Séjour d 1 semaine au mois de juin 2023. Nous avions une chambre avec terrasse côté rue

Les côtés positifs :
- chambre assez grande pour Tel Aviv
- reception souriante et employés de l hôtel sympathiques
- emplacement de l hôtel
- propreté
- petit déjeuner très copieux mais malheureusement très répétitif : pendant 1 semaine exactement les meme plats tous les jours

Les côtés négatifs :
- un immeuble et en travaux en face de l hôtel : bruits donc réveil 7h du matin par le bruit l hôtel aurait pu nous prévenir à la réservation ( travaux depuis 2 ans )
- il faut demander que le mini bar soit rempli chaque jour

Je suis resté plusieurs fois au Fabric et jamais je n ai regretté ce choix. Le service est top, le petit déjeuner très bien et sans compter sur la localisation qui est de mon point de vue une des meilleures de Tel Aviv. Ils offrent également un happy Hour au bar de l hôtel qui est très sympa, bien fréquenté et très animé.

El hotel está súper bien ubicado, la calle se vuelve peatonal de noche con gran oferta de bares y restaurantes. Todo el staff es muy amable. Cuenta con espaciosas habitaciones y tuvimos delicioso y variado desayuno. El restaurante del desayuno se convierte en un barrestaurante muy popular con ricos cócteles. Tuvimos una estadía estupenda.

Wir waren Anfang Mai im Fabric Hotel und es hat uns wirklich gut gefallen !
Unser Zimmer war sehr schön und ruhig mit Terrasse im 5. Stock. Sehr zu empfehlen !
Im Zimmer gab es einen Safe, gratis (alkoholfreie) Getränke in der Minibar, eine Kaffeemaschine mit Nespresso Tabs und eine funktionierende Klimaanlage :)
Das Bad hatte genug Ablageflächen und sogar einen Stecker für den Föhn !
Zwischenstecker haben wir hier keine benötigt.
Das Buffet - Frühstück war super lecker und hatte eine riesige Auswahl,.. Lachs, Käse, Wurst, allerlei Gemüse, Shakshuka, Obst, Süßes etc.
Zusätzlich konnte man auch noch von einer Karte bestellen. (Pancakes, Rührei...)
Was mir gut gefallen hat, war, dass es keine typische Buffet-Kaffeemaschine gab, wo man sich den Kaffee selbst holen musst.
Vom Cappuccino bis zum Americano wurde hier alles serviert.
Und der Kaffee war wirklich gut ! :)
Das Personal war auch generell immer sehr nett, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend !
Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, wir sind fast alle Wege zu Fuß gegangen, sogar nach Old Jaffa.
Zum Strand waren es ca. 15 Minuten, am Rothschild Boulevard war man in 5 Minuten und auch der Carmel Market liegt gleich ein paar Ecken weiter.
Abends haben wir oft die Bushwick Bar ( direkt nebenan und dient auch für die Hotelgäste als "Frühstücksort" ) besucht, eine wirklich hippe Bar mit Happy Hour und leckeren Cocktails, guter Musik und tollem Ambiente.
Man kann hier auch gemütlich im hauseigenen Innengarten sitzen.
Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen in Israel und in diesem Hotel und wir
kommen gerne wieder :)

Modernes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal, mitten in Tel Aviv. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr vielfältig Vom Hotel lassen sich die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten sehr gut erreichen. Wer mit den Auto kommt, kann nebenan im Parkhaus parken.

Encore une fois ce fût un très bon moment .. la chambre était vraiment parfaite .. dès chocolats ,très bons par ailleurs, au champagne le petit mot , vraiment tout est beau ..

Ich habe mich in dem Hotel sehr wohl gefühlt. Viele kleine Details, das wirklich gute Frühstück und ein aufmerksamer Service machen den Aufenthalt perfekt. Man ist mitten in Neve Zedek und kann spannende Sachen vom Hotel aus in jede Richtung fußläufig entdecken.

Le petit-déjeuner est excellent, copieux, avec un grand choix salé et sucré et des options véganes!

Les chambres sont propres et bien équipées et l’hôtel est très bien situé, à côté du shouk HaCarmel!

Wir waren hier für 5 Nöchte im Cozy Standard Zimmer. Das Zimmer ist klein aber es ist alles da was man braucht. Die Lage des Hotels ist super, da es in der Umgebung viele Restaurants gibt und auch ein paar Märkte. Zum Nachalat Binyamin Art Fair sind es 4 min und zum Carmel Market 5 min zu Fuß. Das Frühstück im Hotel ist als Büfett zu buchbar und gut. Den Abend starteten wir gerne im Hinterhof mit einem Cocktail. Das Restaurant war immer gut besucht.
Die Fabric Street wird Abends gesperrt und die Restaurants und Bars dehnen sich dann bis auf die Straße aus. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Hotel in buona posizione vicino ad Allenby( dove si trovano i bus per la stazione con treno per aeroporto), in zona ricca di bar e ristoranti, vicino al mare.
Al check in ci hanno offerto sangria e dolcetti e fornito tutte le informazioni. L' hotel ha una terrazza sul tetto dove vengono anche fatte lezioni di yoga.
La nostra stanza era al terzo piano e dava all' interno per cui era silenziosa. Era ampia con grande TV, macchina per caffè con cialde, bollitore per tè, wifi ben funzionante e acqua in omaggio. Il letto era comodo. Il bagno con doccia era ben attrezzato.
Ci hanno offerto cocktail nel pub- ristorante dell' hotel. La colazione aveva ampia scelta tra dolce e salato ed era di qualità. Ti cucinavano anche piatti sul momento ed il caffè e il cappuccino del bar erano davvero buoni.

In posizione comoda per visitare il mercato di Carmel e la zona Bauhouse. Avete a disposizione delle biciclette per muovervi lungo la costa e visitare la old Jaffa. L’hotel è molto curato in ogni dettaglio sia nelle stanze che nelle parti comuni. Ottima la pulizia. Bottiglie d’acqua di cortesia e set di cioccolatini vi attendono nella vostra stanza. Dal TV film e serie di ogni genere stile SKY TV ovviamente in inglese ( con sottotitoli in israeliano). Ogni giorno avevamo un aperitivo offerto. Grazioso il cortile adattato a ristorazione / happy hour. Veramente ottima e di qualità la colazione. Il top root è dotato di generosi letti da sole è una doccetta vi permette di rinfrescarvi ( certo che una piscinetta da esterno non guasterebbe).

El hotel es hermoso. Esta cerca de todos los lugares mas lindos de la ciudad, de toda la movida nocturna y tambien esta cerca de la playa.
El desayuno, el servicio, la habitacion todo 100 puntos. Esta todo nuevo y tiene muy buen ambiente

Hotel pequeño, con una decoración moderna y joven. Excelente disposición de los empleados, tanto en la recepción, como en el bar y comedor.
Muy buen desayuno, con un plato de cocina incluido, recomiendo la omelette con queso y hongos.
Y todo esto nos hizo olvidar un poco que nuestra habitación en el 2do piso era demasiado pequeña y oscura.

Bello, garbato, elegante, centrale, originale nel centro città!
Camera grande con terrazza e vengo molto spazioso!
Colazione abbondante tra il salato e il dolce con personale molto attento a qualsiasi esigenza
Lo stesso si può dire del personale al desktop sempre pronto ad aiutare...ci hanno fatto tutte le prenotazioni dei ristoranti scelti...
Molto pulito, con rooftop e happy hour, gratuita, tutti i giorni
Sicuramente lo consiglio!
