Sono tornata ieri da Sharm dopo una settimana di vacanza con una mia amica. Siamo state in questo resort nel centro di maama bay. Tutto lo staff è davvero molto gentile. In particolare voglio ringraziare Hussein, il ragazzo che lavora al bar. Un ragazzo gentilissimo, educatissimo, sempre presente ed attento alle esigenze degli ospiti e soprattutto sempre molto sorridente.parla benissimo italiano, ma ho visto che anche con gli altri parlava bene le altre lingue. Ci ha messe a nostro agio da subito Grazie Hussein! Grazie a tutto lo staff! Torneremo sicuramente!

In generale il soggiorno e' andato bene, l'hotel e' molto carino, una bella spiaggia (anche se il tratto di mare e' troppo trafficato da barche ,barchette e barconi per le varie escursioni che vengono propinate), un discreto ristorante, un'ottima posizione, vari diversivi per le serate, ecc. Le uniche note negative in generele sono :camere decisamente datate (e non troppo pulite) e se desideri un bicchiere d'acqua fresco in praticamente tutti i bar dell'hotel e' un'impresa trovarlo.Acqua calda con 42/43º di temperatura non si possono bere. Personalmente poi ho avuto un problema con la reception:da mesi che avevo prenotato camera con due letti singoli vista mare,ma al momento dell'arrivo mi hanno detto che non c'era e che mi davano una camera piu' costosa (cosa decisamente contestabile visto che era nel blocco piu' distante dal mare e raggiungibile facendo delle scale)...senza nemmeno propormi un minimo rimborso per l'inconveniente.Riassumendo ok per quanto riguarda il prezzo ma sicuramente c'e' di meglio.

Das Hotel hat eine schöne Anlage, ist sauber, gepflegt und liegt direkt am Strand. Stadtzentrum ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Das Personal ist hervorragenden, alle waren immer freundlich, zuverlässig und zuvorkommend, durchweg ein professioneller Service. Das Essen war sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis insgesamt ist top!

Wir waren im April und November im Fayrouz. Die Bungalows sind in einem guten Zustand teilweise renovationsbedürftig. Alles ist sauber, die Hygiene ist o.k.
Die Lage, der Strand und das Zentrum der Naama-Bay ist optimal gelegen.
Das Personal ist äusserst freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Gerade der Senior-Supervisor Hany Nabil ist umsichtig und schaut immer zu unserem Wohlergehen, auch wenn mal was nicht stimmt. Im Service hat uns Mohamed Ibrahim immer gut gelaunt und zuvorkommend bedient.
Unser dritter Besuch ist bereits gebucht - we will come back See you at 28. March 2024! :-)

L'hôtel est spacieux, propre et magnifique... La plage est très proche de l'hôtel. Ahmed Ibrahim et Mahmoud Ibrahim sont des sauveteurs à la plage, qui ont eu un comportement excellent, répondant aux besoins des clients sur une plage propre et se montrant très amicaux. Un grand merci également au chef, Mohamed Shaouky, le cuisinier du restaurant et de la pâtisserie, qui crée des croissants français comme s'ils étaient faits à Paris.

Fayrouz Resort cumplió todas las expectativas. Las instalaciones están muy bien cuidadas e impolutas. Nuestra habitación era espaciosa, cama súper cómoda y diariamente venían a limpiarla. Había mucha diversidad en la comida del buffet e intentaban incorporar algún plato nuevo cada día. La localización es perfecta, ya que la playa está a dos segundos caminando. Lo que si que destacaría es el staff del hotel, desde los recepcionistas, el chico que limpiaba la habitación, como el personal de seguridad, camareros, cocineros y personal de la piscina; siempre dispuestos a ayudarte con la mejor sonrisa y con gran amabilidad. Sobre todo mil gracias a Mohamed y al chico que limpiaba la habitación 505.

Tras reservar y pagar a través de Trip.com,al llegar a 3h am tras viaje,no figura mi reserva,discuto 2horas,varias llamadas(80 euros) y al día siguiente otra vez, porque no habían comunicado la reserva.Sufrí mala educación por parte de los enojados del hotel, retención del pasaporte y después de mi equipaje y el de mis compañeros de viaje para intentar que volviera a pagar allí. Finalmente, en el último momento antes de tener que irnos ya del hotel, conseguimos con más llamadas pagadas por mí a la web, que les confirmen mi reserva. Afortunadamente llevaba impresa la reserva y justificante de pago, porque no hay acceso gratis a Internet y el empleado del hotel se niega a intentarlo él.
Una noche que pretendía ser de descanso antes de embarcar por una semana en crucero de buceo, se convirtió en una pesadilla de discusiones en inglés con personal maleducado y absolutamente falto de respeto.
Ante esto, queda totalmente deslucido el lujo del establecimiento.

Así que, por supuesto, no se lo recomendaría a nadie ni pienso volver allí ni a usar la web Trip.com que hace bien su trabajo y puede suponer una experiencia así y hacerte perder un día de vacaciones.

Es un hotel que cuenta con todo lo necesario, los restaurantes están bien y el servicio es bueno. El servicio de internet es bueno, si se reserva con agencia de viajes, sale gratuito para un equipo. La gente es muy amable, siempre están pendientes de ayudar en todo y saber si uno esta bien. Eso es lo que mas me gusto. Se debe mejorar la forma de atender al huésped, a veces se demora mucho y hay información diferente, según quien la de. En todo caso hay muy buena actitud para colaborar.
