Moquette nei corridoi un pò logora e non pulitissima. Altrimenti bella ristrutturazione. Piccolo appunto negativo sulla qualità dei cuscini. Quando ritorneremo a Parigi risceglieremo questo albergo.
Ottima anche la posizione in un quartiere bello e con molti giovani data la vicinanza all'università e all'accademia d'arte.

Siamo lieti di sapere che avete apprezzato la posizione del nostro hotel.
Infatti, esso si trova nel centro di Parigi, vicino a numerosi luoghi turistici come il Pantheon o Notre Dame de Paris.
Abbiamo recentemente effettuato dei lavori di ristrutturazione e siamo felici di vedere che vi siano piaciuti; il cambio della nostra moquette è previsto tra poche settimane.
Per quanto riguarda i cuscini, prendiamo nota del vostro commento e faremo uno studio per vedere se è necessario sostituirli.

Speriamo di poterla accogliere nuovamente presto nel nostro stabilimento.

Una camera delle 4 da me prenotate non era pulita: capelli nella vasca da bagno, unghie tagliate in camera, poggiolo pieno di chewing gum sputati, i prodotti da bagno non erano stati riempiti.
Ho segnalato il disagio ma al nostro rientro in hotel unghia e poggiolo ancora sporchi ( si trattava di sabato sera). E' stato proposto un cambio stanza alle 20.00 di sera, non accettato in quanto saremmo ripartite il giorno seguente.
La direttrice nonostante fosse stata prontamente contattata dal personale della reception non si è fatta sentire...

Habitación pequeña y no muy limpia (muchos pelos en nuestro caso). La ubicación es bastante buena, céntrica y cerca de la zona de la catedral de Notre Dame.
Lo mejor, el desayuno y el colchón (muy cómodo).
El baño al igual que la habitación, un poco pequeño. El personal amable.

Personal muy amable, pero no saben nada de orientarte para paseos o turismo. Sin planos de la ciudad o información turística.
El desayuno bueno, pero poco variado y si ibas un poco más tarde ya no quedaban cosas.
Cama cómoda, pero sábanas con una textura poco agradable y edredón muy pequeño.
Baño pequeño con tina y le falta agarradera sobre todo para persona mayor. Ya que no tiene antideslizante. Al no tener restaurante creo que le falta un frigobar.
Muy cercano de Panteón y jardines de Luxemburgo. Barrio universitario. En agosto muy solitario ya que todas las tiendas de alrededor se encontraban cerradas. Así como museos universitarios.
No tiene donde poner la maleta. Si cuenta con caja fuerte, de fácil uso.

El hotel es limpio, moderno y bien ubicado, con Metro y RER, y buses muy cerca; en una zona tranquila, y con restaurants alrededor.
La habitacion no es grande pero tampoco pequeña, y limpian todos los dias,
El counter siempre hay alguien que te ayuda, y su desayuno buffet por 12 euros me parecio bueno.
Facil de llegar por RER B, directo sin cambios de tren desde el aeropuerto.

Wir waren für 5 Tage in Paris. Das Hotel liegt im 5. Arrondissment - nur 5 Minuten vom wunderschönen jardin du Luxembourg entfernt. Ein bis hält direkt in der Nähe, die Metro Station Luxembourg ist auch nur weniger Gehminuten entfernt (diese fährt auch direkt zum Flughafen). Das Viertel ish super sicher und liegt im Studentenviertel, nicht weit weg von der sorbonne. Das Personal war super nett, die Zimmer klein aber sauber - aber sehr hellhörig. Frühstück hatten wir nicht gebucht (sah auch nicht so super aus) weil man schließlich überall in Paris nett frühstücken kann. Der Cappuccino ist aber super. Kann man sich einfach to Go holen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Angenehmes ruhiges Hotel in einem ebenso ruhigen Stadteil V Arrondissement, von wo aus wir zu Fuß vieles erkundigen konnten und mit dem Bus leicht ins Zentrum kamen. Wir frühstücken außerhalb, in einem kleinen Café um die Ecke.

Trotz bestätigter Buchung, behauptete das Hotel die Buchung nicht bekommen zu haben. Mitten in der Hauptsaison saßen wir ohne Hotel da. Rezeption sehr unkoperativ. Denke, da wir einen guten Preis bei booking,com bekommen hatten, hatte sich für das Hotel etwas Besseres ergeben und es wurde behauptet die Karte sei abgelehnt worden. Lt. Booking.com eine gängige Praxis um Überbuchungen ohne Folgen für das Hotel zu machen. Wir sind entgeistert und mussten mit Kindern schnell eine Alternative finden, die dann natürlich teurer war. Und das im ohnehin teuren Paris. Neben uns stand ein paar denen offenbar genau das Gleiche passierte!

Das größte Problem ist sicherlich die Hellhörigkeit (s. andere Bewertungen). Wir haben in den zwei Nächten kaum geschlafen, da man wirklich ALLE (!!) aus den Nachbarzimmern kommenden Geräusche wahrnimmt, als kämen sie aus dem eigenen Raum.
Das Badezimmer ist SEHR spartanisch und recht klein: keine Steckdose, kein Schminkspiegel, keine Papiertücher, kein richtiger Föhn, keine Kosmetikartikel (außer Flüssigseife aus einem Spender) und kein vernünftiger Duschvorhang, so dass nach dem Duschen das ganze Bad unter Wasser steht!
Die Betten waren gut - anscheinend noch recht neu - und das Zimmer insgesamt auch ganz ok (allerdings auch hier nur eine Steckdose direkt am Boden)!
Das Frühstück im Keller (!) kann man sich sparen, da bereits 45 Minuten vor Ende kaum noch etwas da war und auch nicht aufgefüllt wurde. Hier empfehlen wir den Room Service, wo das (vorher ausgewählte) Frühstück auf dem Zimmer serviert wird.
Das Beste ist sicherlich die sehr gute Lage - zentral und (nachts) trotzdem relativ ruhig (zumindest von draußen)!

Das Hotel War von der preis/Leistung ok. Es war sauber und hatte relativ gute Zimmer. Betten sind sehr hart. WLAN hat gut funktioniert. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig und somit ist es Nachts etwas schwierig direkt am Fahrstuhl...
Das Frühstück ist etwas mager und lieblos. Bis nachgelegt wird dauert es. Es gibt nur 16 Sitzplätze und liegt im Kellerraum. Sehr laut und ungemütlich.
Metro ist etwa 10 min entfernt.
