Very good quality apartment, a bit outdated but in good condition. All mod cons, very comfortable bed, very good housekeeping, friendly and helpful staff. Location is great as well, JLT Cluster W, close to metro, mini markets, restaurants, hair dressers, etc.

Quelques petits soucis à l'arrivée et au départ.
Mon organisation sur ce voyage laissé à désirer, j'ai pris 3 réservations, la 1ère nuit puis toutes les autres et enfin la dernière.
Au check-in a 4h, on me parle d'une seule nuit, je précise qu'il y en a d'autres, il cherche puis me donne une date départ 5j plus tard alors qu'il s'agissait de ma 2eme réservation qui couvrait la totalité du voyage...après quelques minutes il trouve enfin, mais mon cœur a eu le temps de bien stresser!
Comme j'ai ajouté la dernière nuit sur place mais via internet(moins cher qu'à l'hôtel) je les ai prévenu en demandant à garder notre chambre. On me dit pas de problème mais de retour de la plage notre carte ne fonctionnait pas. Je descend une première fois, le jeune homme fort sympathique l'a réactive, je monte, ne fonctionne pas, je redescend, même chose mais entre temps notre voisin a eu le même soucis et à demandé à ce qu'on monte profitant du fait d'avoir le même problème pour nous ouvrir également.

Concernant l'hôtel, je dirais qu'il est très beau. Les appartements sont bien entretenus, mais il y a tellement à améliorer quant aux articles de première nécessité.
Nous avions un appartement pour 3 avec une seule chambre.
L'hôtel est accommodant, nous avions un budget réduit pour pouvoir faire plusieurs sorties et en profiter, nous avons donc payé que pour 2, l'enfant, même si pré-ado, n'a pas eu de surplus tant qu'ils n'ajoutaient pas de lit supplémentaire.
Les lits sont immenses et de bonne qualité, les oreillers également (je suis très sensibles à cela et je n'ai eu aucun maux aux cervicales donc très bon point!).
Contrairement à ce qu'il y a d'écrit sur expédia, Hotels.com ou booking, il n'y a pas 2 salles de bain mais une douche et une baignoire dans la même salle de bain. Vous avez en plus un 2eme toilette avec miroir et lavabo, ce qui est agréable malgré tout.
Il y a du rangement.
Le salon est immense avec coin salon avec grande TV et coin salle à manger avec table et bureau.
Nous n'avons pas profité de la salle à manger car la terrasse avec vue sur le lac de côté (et de face entre les 2 tours) était plus qu'agréable et ce malgré la circulation qui entoure l'hôtel (absolument pas bruyant bizarrement. De l'intérieur nous n'entendions strictement rien et sur la terrasse le bruit est plus que supportable. Et nous n'étions qu'au 9eme étage sur 21 pour la partie hôtel).
La piscine pour enfants est une pataugeoire et celle pour adultes est petite.
2 transats à celle pour enfants et je crois 2 tables et chaises. Un coin à côté de la pataugeoire avec 2 autres transats.
2 transats du coté adultes avec tables et chaises également.
Le matin pas de soleil.
La piscine adulte est semi ouverte (toit mais ouvertures sur le côté).

Les bémols : nous étions 3 et que 2 serviettes, après plusieurs réclamations j'ai fini par laisser un mot et à partir de cet instant, les 3 serviettes de bain nous ont été attribuées.
Nous avons trouvé 2 petits cafards. Alors oui il fait très chaud à Dubai mais dans un établissement de ce standing, c'est pas admissible. Là encore je l'ai signalé via un petit mot en demandant de le traiter avec du produit, je ne sais pas si cela a été fait mais j'en ai plus croisé après ça.

Il y a tout le nécessaire dans la cuisine, grille pain, micro-onde, bouilloire avec café en stick et thé, dosettes de lait et sucrette qu'ils rempotent tous les jours.
Ils fournissent également des petites bouteilles d'eau en fonction du nombre de personne qu'ils rempotent chaque jour également.
Niveau couverts pile le nécessaire, pas plus pas moins.
Un lave-vaisselle et grand frigo malheureusement le congélateur ne congelait pas bien et les glaces achetées étaient molles.
En revanche, quand on met à disposition une machine à laver il serait intelligent d'ajouter un séchoir afin de pouvoir accrocher son linge...on l'a posé sur les chaises mais les accoudoirs déteignent.
J'ai réclamé un séchoir on m'a dit oui mais je l'attend toujours.
Pas de produits pour laver la vaisselle sur place, en revanche ils font vôtre vaisselle si vous la laissé. On l'a constaté 2 fois après être sorti en urgence, notre navette nous attendant.
Enfin, ce sont des asiatiques qui tiennent l'hôtel. Bien que comprenant parfaitement l'anglais, j'ai souvent du les faire répéter pour comprendre et pour cela je m'en excuse.

En ce qui concerne l'emplacement on lit partout 400m du metro Damac mais c'est faut. Il faut faire tout le tour du lac pour accéder au metro! Si vous prenez par la gauche en sortant de l'hôtel vous en aurez entre 5-10 minutes, tout dépend de votre allure. Si vous prenez en face à la sortie de l'hôtel, c'est beaucoup plus long.
Quand on a marché toute la journée et qu'à la sortie du metro on voit l'hôtel juste en face on se laisse imaginer un pont qui nous permettrait d'accéder à l'hôtel en moins de 2 minutes! Mais visiblement c'est comme leurs routes, ils n'ont pas fait dans la simplicité.
En bas de l'hôtel, tout autour du lac, des restaurants de toutes sortes, coiffeurs, supérettes Zoom market dont les tarifs valent ceux de carrefour ou autre mais beaucoup plus prêt.
Pour accéder à la marina prendre les allées du metro, sortie 2 (de l'autre côté de la route), prendre les escaliers de carrefour, traverser la "petite" rue, prendre à droite ou à gauche et vous y êtes.
Pour la plage, prenez de bonnes chaussures de marche, sinon 2 arrêts de tram (ou 1 tout dépend de l'entrée de la plage où vous souhaitez aller, station de tram Jumeira Beach Résidence 2 : beaucoup moins à marcher en sortant du tram).

Das Appartment war wunderschön, gut ausgestattet, netter kleiner Balkon, gute Restaurants im Umkreis, 15 Minuten Spaziergang zur Metro (ansonsten gab es immer genug Taxis vor dem Hotel). Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Affacciato sui Jumeirah Lakes e situato a Dubai Marina, la zona più bella della città, questo grande appartamento regala una vista mozzafiato sullo skyline della città.
Soggiorno, cucina e camera matrimoniale hanno immense vetrate con un panorama spettacolare, così come il balcone sospeso sopra la metropoli.
Spazioso e luminoso, l'appartamento è molto comodo e fa parte di un complesso situato in una zona elegante e tranquilla. Gentilissimo lo staff che si è dimostrato sempre disponibile ad esaudire ogni nostro desiderio. Comodo il parcheggio gratuito adiacente alla struttura.
"La dritta": Ideale per provare l'emozione di vivere in un grattacielo con vista sul futuro.

Vivo ad Abu Dhabi; Ho prenotato in questa location perché conoscendo la città lo vedevo in uno punto strategico,avendo io i minuti contati l'indomani per una competizione sportiva all'alba con un altro atleta.
Ho cercato molto e volevo qualcosa di comodo senza spendere le ben note cifre dubaiesi......buona scelta!
locale ampio e luminoso,vetrate molto alte che danno sulla zona sud-est. Living room molto grande e possibile avere ospiti, terrazza con tavolo e due bagni.
Per quello che cercavo e il budget considerato uno dei migliori hotel apartments prenotati a dubai .....nota negativa odore forte di chiuso e umidità risolta con ventilazione a 45 gradi per un'ora e 2euro di deodorante da casa comperato al supermercato.
Dormito due notti....se non cercate resort con spiagge e volete spendere il giusto, lo consiglio

In ottima posizione, ideale per famiglie, questo hotel offre appartamenti enormi e molto puliti. La nostra camera disponeva di 3 bagni ( di cui 2 con doccia e bidet) una cucina attrezzatissima con lavatrice, con terrazzo e tavolo esterno, lavastoviglie, microonde, ferro e asse da stiro, frigorifero e freezer. Stanza soggiorno enorme, con salotto, tavolo e vetrate con vista mozzafiato sulla città. 2 stanze da letto, una matrimoniale l'altra con 2 letti singoli. Pulizia accurata, tutti i giorni ci rifornivano acqua in bottiglia in quantità. Unica nota dolente l'asciugacapelli, che ci è esploso in mano senza danni per fortuna, ma lo hanno riparato nel giro di qualche minuto. Asciugamani non abbondanti, ma se richiesti li fornivano subito. Pulita la piscina interna e la palestra. Lo consiglio.

Ho utilizzato questa struttura per 5 notti all'inizio di aprile. Il mio appartamento al 22esimo piano era molto grande, un two bedrooms che ad occhio e croce era non meno di 100 mq. Completo di una bella cucina e terrazzino attrezzato.
Il servizio di pulizia accurato ed il personale molto professionale e cortese. Il cluster è solo un poco più lontano di altri dalla metro, ma si tratta di una distanza totale dalla fermata di 400/500 mt. quindi nell'insieme una sistemazione ottima.

hôtel tres bien situé (20 MIN a pied de la plage) 5min de l'arret de métro damac, taxi tjr présent devant l'hôtel. carrefour market ouvert 24/24 juste à cote; plusieurs restaurants et épicerie juste en bas de l'hotel. il y a un parking juste derrière l'hotel.
concernant l'appartement, le balcon est vraiment un plus, très agréable pr le soir et le petit dej!! tout est propre et spacieux (douche et baignoire, 2 wc, sam, salon, cuisine). le top est qu'il y a une machine à laver.
l'équipe est très sympathique, mais attention on parle pas français la bas.
pour le prix cest une bonne prestation.

Excellent hôtel avec un service irréprochable mais Il faut bien s'accrocher pour comprendre leur anglais. L'hôtel est très bien située on peut accéder à pied à la marina et les logements sont très spacieux avec tout le confort nécessaire

Im April verbrachten wir dort 5 Nächte. Wir reisten am Jumeirah Lake Cluster W , gleich neben dem Tiffany Tower , schon um 13.30 Uhr an. Leider war unser Apartment nicht fertig und man vertröstete uns auf eine Stunde später. Die bisherigen Mieter waren wohl noch nicht abgereist. Der Check- in ist allerdings laut der Buchung mit 14 Uhr bestätigt. Auch eine Stunde später, war das Apartment immer noch nicht bezugsfertig und erst gegen 15.45 Uhr konnten wir es beziehen.
In der Lobby wartend, wurde uns kein Kaffee, nicht einmal ein Wasser für den verspäteten Bezug angeboten. Das ist wirklich Schade und nicht sehr kundenfreundlich ! Dafür erhielten wir das gebuchte Deluxe 2 Schlafzimmer Apartment in der 19. Etage ! Das entschädigte unseren kleinen Ärger, denn der Ausblick war phantastisch - ein Taum ! An den Häusern vorbei, konnte man bis zum Meer sehen. Unsere Tochter erklärte den Infinity Tower, auf der gegenüberliegenden Dubai Marina zu ihrem Lieblingsgebäude. Ansonsten war die Wohnung riesig (3 Personen auf 167 m2), sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit komfortablen Bädern. Auch die Küche hatte alles, was man brauchte. Der Balkon war für die Raucher sehr praktisch und natürlich auch für den tollen Ausblick.
Die Betten mit sehr guten Matratzen waren ein Traum! Wir haben selten so gut geschlafen.
Der Zimmerservice war sehr diskret und fleißig. Ausreichende Handtücher waren immer vorhanden und wurden ausgetauscht. Erwähnen möchte ich noch, dass es sehr ruhig im Apartment war, d.h. keine störenden Nebengeräusche aus den Nachbarwohnungen.
Bei der Buchung unseres Apartments, wurden uns kostenlose Parkplätze und Internet bestätigt.
Leider wollte uns die Rezeption schon am ersten Tag Parkgebühren avisieren, was wir sofort ablehnten. Auch für das Internet sollten wir bei der Abreise dann noch für eine angebliche Premium Nutzung 60 Dirham bezahlen. Auch dass mussten wir mit viel Diskussion von uns weisen. Man kann unterschiedliche Apartments, mit weiteren Leistungen buchen. Aber an der Rezeption sollte man dann schon wissen, was der Kunde auch wirklich gebucht hat.
Schade, es ist ein tolles Hotel und die Lage, izur Dubai Marina ist mit ca. 15 min. einfach perfekt. Das Apartment war mit 245 Euro die Nacht, nicht gerade preiswert, aber allein der Ausblick bei Tag und auch bei Nacht, war es wert. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

El departamento en el que me alojé es bastante amplio, el comedor/sala casi no lo toqué. La cocina también es amplia, dos baños (Toilet y baño completo con ducha y bañera, secador de pelo), balcón, wifi, buena vista en todos los ambientes, limpio, cuidado, es bastante tranquilo como lo es toda la zona de Jumeirah Lake Towers.
El personal es bastante atento y dispuesto. Nunca tomé el desayuno porque siempre me levanté tarde. Abajo, por costado del Lake hay mini markets (uno justo enfrente) y variedad de restaurants/delivery de todo tipo de comida, todo lo puedes pedir por teléfono.
Lo único malo es que queda del otro lado del lago, para acceder al metro tienes 10/15 min caminando, desde Damac Properties tienes 10/15min hasta todas las atracciones.

Blieb ein paar Nächte auf einer Reise in diese Region und fand die Apartments mit Service preiswert und eine gute Option im Hafengebiet.

Die Apartments sind groß, mit Küche, Außen- und Innen-Restaurants und einem großen Aufenthaltsraum. Die Armaturen und Möbel sind gepflegt und sauber.

Einziges Problem war die Wäsche, Badezimmer-Handtücher waren alt und fleckig, etwas, was ich wirklich nicht ausstehen kann.

Abgesehen davon war alles gut.

Habe vor kurzem hier zum 5. Mal während einer Geschäftsreise übernachtet. Andere Bewerter haben beschrieben, was die gut eingerichteten und sehr angemessenen Apartments bieten. Ich mag es, auch wenn es in der Vergangenheit einige Anlaufschwierigkeiten mit verschwindenden Handtüchern, falschem Evakuierungs-Alarm und Frühstück in schlechter Qualität gab. Habe diesmal kein Frühstück versucht - aber alles andere war in Ordnung. Es gibt Kabel-Internet in der Wohnung (kein WLAN). Man muss sich alle 24 Stunden anmelden und bekommt 200 MB Download mit einer guten Geschwindigkeit. Die restlichen 800 MB, die in 24 Stunden zur Verfügung stehen, kommen in DFÜ-Modem-Geschwindigkeit (!) Es wäre eine große Verbesserung, wenn Wifi installiert werden könnte, zusammen mit einer Aufhebung der Nutzungsbeschränkungen.
In den letzten 3 Jahren hat sich die Gegend um das Hotel mit einer großen Auswahl an Restaurants, Supermärkten und Plätzen zum Entspannen belebt. Seltsamerweise wurde einer der schönen Seen, der die Gegend bestimmt hat, aufgefüllt, so dass eine Moschee dort gebaut werden kann. Enttäuschend!
Ich empfehle diesen Ort für jeden, der gerne ein bisschen aus dem Zentrum weg sein möchte.
Wäre mehr als glücklich, hier für ein paar Wochen zu leben. Preiswert und gute Ausstattung und toller Wohnraum für geschäftliche Zwecke oder zum Vergnügen.
