Pierre Mundo Imperial Riviera Diamante Acapulco

Due to limited choices of hotels we ended up with this. But not impressed. The restaurant has great food but the buffet was not so great. Not to many choices of hotels due to hurricane that hit hard on many hotels.

We came to Pierre Mundo Imperial as a holiday from our mad time in Mexico City (also amazing).
The staff are so willing to assist even if, like us, your grasp of Spanish is tenuous at best. There are some amazing people to look out for:Francisco who works in bar Pierre; Julio and Erick who work in Tabachin - a high end restaurant on the complex. The food is delicious so you have to visit!!
Considering Acapulco has only just recovered from the hurricane back in October- which pretty much decimated this coastline- Pierre mundo imperial has rallied and recovered well, though building and recovery work continues here it has had absolutely no impact on the top quality of the rooms, facilities or friendliness of the staff. It’s stunningly beautiful, the weather is predictably wonderful. What a treat! I’m sad to be leaving 😢❤️❤️❤️

Very pleasant stay with very attentive service especially jason!! The beach was very easily accessible and nice and clean. The food was good and there were plenty of options at the multiple restaurants. Or when not feeling like eating out the roomservice was easily ordered and quick.

This is a perfect destination for a romantic getaway and a memorable vacation. The staff was very patient with us and our limited Spanish. They went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed ourselves. We were particularly grateful for the services of José, Estephany and Alejandro Rivera. They made us feel welcome and helped us through our stay. The beach is beautiful and easily accessible. The amenities are clean and the food was just delicious. We loved our stay and look forward to coming back.

Very nice hotel, with friendly staff, and very good food. I’d like to make a special mention about one of the best waiters working at the hotel: ALEX RIVIERA. He provided excellent service, and did show great maturity, and professionalism when he was involved in getting a special deal for me in the price of the buffet during breakfast, since I don’t eat much for breakfast, and the hotel didn’t have an option for a smaller menu.

I’d like to highlight that both of the main pools, already need a serious cleaning, and maintenance. However, they are pleasant, and the water temperature is nice and relaxing. I will return back to this hotel as soon as I can.

La struttura è parecchio giù dopo Covid e pandemia la camera cadeva a pezzi con filtri condizionatori sporchi pale ventilatore sporche luci che non funzionavano ecc. Vista bella al mare e relativamente silenziosa sperando che i vicini non facessero troppo chiasso. Se si vuole accaparrarsi i posti migliori in spiaggia bisogna tenersi gli asciugamani della sera e metterli la mattina verso le 7 e 30 altrimenti se si aspetta le 8 che apra la cabina asciugamani non si fa a tempo. Buffet di tutto rispetto con la signora che fa i succhi freschi che è la numero 1! Strutture piscine bene vengono pulite con cloro tutte le mattine. Per la cena optare per los 4 fuegos che non è altro che lo stesso posto dove si fa colazione. Menù a ranghi ridotti ma pesce fresco tutte le sere alla griglia. Staff sempre disponibile unica pecca se si è allergici girano due gatti della proprietà.
Altro ristorante della struttura è il Bar Pierre più per uno snack veloce o un hamburger o un drink dopo cena.
Il Tabachin è il più raffinato dei 3 per cene romantiche con menù più particolare a mio avviso poco estivo.

5ème long séjour et toujours l'excellent service tant à la réception que dans les restaurants, le bar et le service au chambre. Mention spéciale à Samuel, Anthelma et leur équipe, à l'équipe du Bar Pier, Griselda, Gabriel, Roberto et tous les autres.
Les piscines sont toujours propres et il y a de la place pour tout le monde. C'est l'endroit idéal pour les vacances reposantes.

Nous sommes allées souper plusieurs fois Tabachin. Excellent restaurent. Bonne qualité de nouriture . Belle décoration et très confortable. Avec un musicien qui a bien choisir don répertoire.
Hâte d'y retourner en 2024. Car nos vacances se termine.

Service mangelhaft, Zimmer ok, aber recht alt, Restaurant sehr gut, Check in aufwendig und sehr langsam, Kinderbetreuung nicht wie angegeben verfügbar, room Service ungenügend, möglicherweise hatten wir etwas Pech!

Les règles sanitaires annoncées sur leur sites, est vraiment vrai et tout est respecté !
Petit bémol: La climatisation aurait besoin d'amélioration.

C'est sûr qu'avec la Covid, il y avait moins de choix de restaurants, mais tout ce qui était disponible était très très bien. Le personnel toujours très avenant et serviable.
Service remarquable des gens de la réception et Bar Pierre: Roberto, Margarita, Jorghes étaient très attentifs à notre bien-être.
A l'hotel Princess, le midi au Beach Club, super service et un merci spécial à Isabella, Abel, et tous les autres; au Tavola, toujours le super service et la bonne bouffe.

Très tranquille dût a la pandémie, mais pour personne voulant la tranquilité, c'est parfait. Un service impeccable offert par la batender du bar pierre, ainsi que le serveur Bryan Ramirez, avec eux on ne manque de rien, et jaser avec Bryan fut vraiment plaisant. Un clin d'oeil a notre ami Mauricio qui est incroyable au Tabachin. Merci pour tout et à très bientôt

Séjour du nouvel an 2020 très agréable au Pierre Mundo. Hôtel qui reste à taille humaine, chambre très agréable avec baignoire (ce qui n’est pas courant au Mexique), plusieurs piscines et accès direct à la plage. Bon service et plusieurs options de restauration sur place.

Service und Betreuung ist sehr gut, die Lage ist viel besser wie sehr gut, das ganz besonder ist jedoch die absolute Alleinlage. Wir haben einen Traumurlaub erlebt.
Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht ist hier absolut richtig., Das Essen ist ebenfalls kaum zu toppen, wir reisen viel, ist jedoch selten so Gut

L' hotel ha 40 anni e anche più, li dimostra tutti, ma il suo incredibile fascino ti cattura e ti strega.
Stanze ampie, vista alla spiaggia magnifica.
Colazione a buffet varia e fresca, solo il cappuccino come l' esperesso lasciano molto a desiderare, ma siamo in Messico!
Il personale tutto è di una gentilezza cauta e riservata, ti da consigli e ti aiuta in tutto.
Le piscine sono pulite, silenziose e spaziose.
La spiaggia è tranquilla e riposante.
Ho trascorso 4 giorni meravigliosi!

Ich war sehr in dem Hotel und Service enttäuscht! Sie verließen mehrere Kakerlaken im Zimmer, nicht dienen Klimaanlage, keine Vorhänge, noch die Toilette! Er fordert sie auf, die Zimmer renovieren und zahlen mehr Aufmerksamkeit auf den Service bieten, da es ein teures Hotel ist, zahlen Sie kein Problem wartet auf eine gute Erfahrung, aber wütend, wenn sie so viele Dinge nicht zurück in dieses Hotel nicht.

Das zur internationalen Fairmont-Gruppe gehörende Hotel liegt ca 30 Fahrminuten vom Zentrum von Acapulco entfernt an einem kilometerlangen, öffentlichen Sandstrand im Stadtbezirk Diamante, also außerhalb der malerischen Bucht von Acapulco. Auf den ersten Blick sehr einladendes, grosszügiges Hotel im US-amerikanischen Stil. Bei näherem Hinsehen ist die ganze Anlage, vor allem aber die Gebäude mit den Gästezimmern, sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Das gilt auch für die Zimmer selber. Jahrelanges Überstreichen von Wänden, Türen und Fenstern vermögen aus diesem alten "Kasten" kein neuwertiges Haus zu machen.

Die Lage der drei Restaurants mit Sicht direkt auf den Pazifik ist wunderbar, die Qualität des Essens stimmt, ebenso Preis/Leistungsverhältnis und Bedienung.

Die Zimmer wirken so sauber, wie es das Alter von Böden und Wänden zulässt, Bettwäsche und Matratze sind tadellos. Der Zimmerservice klappt nicht ganz: Der Wunsch nach dem erneuten Auffüllen der Minibar wurde zuständigen Orts zwar freundlich quittiert, die Umsetzung des Wunsches erfolgte aber trotzdem nicht.

Der aufpreispflichtige Fitnessclub ist klein, aber zweckmässig eingerichtet. Warum die neuen Fitnessgeräte bereits Rost angesetzt haben, ist nicht nachvollziehbar.

Der breite, flache, ca 150 m breite Sandstrand lässt stundenlange Spaziergänge zu. Strand und Wasser sind sehr sauber. Selbst nach einem lebhaften Ostersonntag mit sehr vielen Badenden liegt am darauffolgenden Morgen kein Unrat am Strand. Extrem störend ist das Knattern der Motoren von Dutzenden von Quads und Jeeps, mit denen Jugendliche dem Strand entlang rasen. Man fühlt sich nicht nur belästigt, sondern auch gefährdet.

Durch die hohe Brandung ist Baden im Meer nur beschränkt möglich. Dadurch werden aber zugleich die Jetskis von den strandnahen Gewässern ferngehalten.

Der Fluglärm des nahe gelegenen Flughafens ist kaum störend, eher schon die tieffliegenden Helikopter der Polizei, die den Strand überwachen.

Durch die Möglichkeit, die Infrastruktur das ca 800 m südwärts am selben Strand gelegenen Schwesterhotels Fairmont Princess mit zu nutzen, ergeben sich beim Essen etc vielfältige Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten für den Tagesablauf.

Von einem erneuten Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel würden wir eher absehen.

Sehr schöne, überschaubare Anlage am Strand von Punta Diamante (10km außerhalb von Acapulco) / Keine Massenabfertigung.
Gepflegte Gatenanlage mit sehr schönen Swimmingpools und Zugang zum hoteleigenen Strand. Das Meer ist deutlich sauberer als in Acapulco, hat jedoch meist hohe Wellen.
Extrem gutes Personal und hervorragender Service in allen Einrichtungen.
Sehr gute Restaurants mit schöner Atmosphäre und sehr guter Küche. Am besten Halbpension buchen.

Come sempre gli hotel di una certa categoria non si smentiscono mai, rispetto agli europie di pari categoria, tutto un altro mondo. Servizio a buffet eccezionale, pulizia delle camere ottima, servizio in spiaggia attento (ogni tanto passa un ragazzo o ragazza a chiederti se vuoi qualcosa), sicurezza con guardie private e polizia in spiaggia e nel hotel, posizione eccezionale proprio in fronte al mare e con una bellissima spiaggia, molto più ampia di quella in centro ad Acapulco. Ci sono 2 ristoranti di cui uno di lusso in cui puoi trovare piatti un pò di tutto il mondo a dei prezzi ragionevoli.
Chiaramente se cercate la confuzione e stare in pieno centro questo non è l'hotel per voi, si trova a 10/15 minuti di macchina dal centro di Acapulco. E' un albergo per famiglie, non rischiate di trovare la confuzione degli hotel del centro soprattutto se ci andate per la festa di primavera quando è pieno di americani venuti in messico per ubriacarsi e fare casino.

Mio marito e io siamo stati benissimo in questo albergo durante la luna di miele. Ci siamo stati a novembre, ma il tempo era perfetto e sembrava che avessimo tutto il posto per noi. Il bar e i ristoranti sul posto erano buoni e la piscina ci è piaciuta molto. La spiaggia era bella, ma non ci è piaciuto il fatto di non poterci arrivare la notte dopo che avevano chiuso i cancelli (niente passeggiate romantiche). L'unica lamentela è che l'ultima notte c'è stata una specie di festa rumorosissima nella camera accanto a un'ora assurda. Abbiamo dovuto chiamare la reception molto spesso prima che mettessero a tacere i nostri vicini. Inutile dire che eravamo stanchi durante il viaggio di ritorno. Tutto sommato, però, consiglio caldamente questo albergo.

Questo albergo è stato bello e rilassante. Ci sono andata con due altre amiche e avevamo una camera con due letti doppi molto comodi perché grandi. Bisognava un po' imparare a maneggiare la doccia ma la temperatura e la pressione erano buone. Il cibo e le bevande erano buoni e a prezzi ragionevoli per un albergo. Il suono della spiaggia vicino alla piscina era molto rilassante, ci siamo dovute trascinare fuori per andarcene da questo albergo. Sconsiglio di andarci durante le vacanze di Pasqua perché arrivano molti visitatori da Città del Messico e il traffico diventa impressionante. Per un soggiorno rilassante consiglio il Fairmont Pierre Marques.
